Small cafe with plenty of choice. Benches outside relaxing

If asking for an alternative to cow's milk in a cup of tea is such an effort to answer then maybe you should consider a career that doesn't involve serving customers as you just come across as rude.

·

Lovely little cafe to enjoy a warm drink after your walk.

·

Always friendly service and a really nice selection of food and drink.

·

A beautiful cafe with some lovely vegan coffee and meal options as a calming stop after a beautiful walk through the Jumbles country park.

·

Fantastic service. Wonderful place to relax. Have a coffee and something to eat. Wonderful view

·

Great food, very friendly and helpful staff, but the piece de resistance is the lemon meringue ice cream. 100% recommended

Lovely little local cafe. Great range of toasties, sandwiches and jackets. Also weekly specials, i had hash with red cabbage. Delicious! Great pricrd hot drinks. Local products like knitted gloves and handmade cards. Can buy seed for the ducks too!

Great ice cream & sorbet! Staff frosty!Disgusted that the bin outside was over flowing, on the floor. Staff in cafe refused to dispose of rubbish despite limited facilities & it was beginning to blow around the beauty spot. Regardless of covid we all need to take care of our environment (i took my rubbish home after receiving a less than frosty response to the state of the bin)

A great little cafe for walkers, runners and dog walkers.Freshly made, if limited (the foot fall here is not huge - this is a service to the community), hot food. Fresh cakes and ice cream. It totally does what it says on the door - if you're after Michelin Star stuff, don't go here. If you want a nice warm, friendly place, smiles, tea in a pot, place to chat, poached egg on toast, out from the cold and the wet before you head off on a walk along the reservoir, this is the place. Plenty of tables outside for those who choose to pick up a brew and have their own sandwiches.Car park adjacent to the cafe building and disabled bays immediately outside the cafe itself. Basic toilet facilities are in the car park. The building itself is solid but a bit care worn, but then this should be seen as a service to the community rather than some commercial enterprise.
