Kaspa's Desserts in Bolton

Disgusting and unhygienic dessert place. They gave us a dirty cup, that looked like it was left there for ages and never washed. I was about to vomit. When I complained the man at the till was disrespectful and didn’t bother to apologise or change the order. Didn’t give us a refund. He shouted at us too. VERY AWFUL PLACE. Women please donot go alone or with kids. They have literally no shame left. Never ever going back. Waste of money and time

Slow as ever. I think go slow should be there motto, asked for refund after 20 Min of giving order of one slush and one cookie dough and then they start making it. Also please note they don't do refund even for unacceptable service.

really disappointed with this place. used to be a regular customer until the menus changed. i ordered a banoffee pie sundae and paid £7.95 expecting a normal sized sundae but when it arrived it was very small and mostly whipped cream.

We visited on a Wednesday evening after my daughter finished her swimming lesson at about 6:30pm. It wasn't that busy, perhaps there were two other tables in. We we're told to just sit anywhere. No one came to take our order, maybe it's not that kind of place. Our waffle was nice but then I didn't want to go back there after I started to realise that it was just so dirty... everywhere, the tables, the toilets, everywhere. It really needs a deep clean. I think it was overpriced for what we got if I'm honest. I don't think we'll go back.

Over priced. Crepes were chewy / not even edible, toppings like water and paid extra for toppings which were not added both orders given wrong after travelling to the store! Would not go back

Very bad will never go into this shop again. As a delivery driver african boy/girl and an asian boy working their gave me the order without drinks and customer accused me of drinking it then i brought the customer with me to the shop so these three young people accused me as well of drinking it. It hurt me alot deeply and they both kept me accusing it. So i asked them to look at the cameras and to apologise but never got any response back all they care is money absolutely no customer service. i was really really hurt. After giving them all the valid excuses they kept saying that i drink them so i am still hurt.So i advise people to avoid this horrible place where they only care for the money and i will never ever even look into this shop when i pass by.

Charge £8 for a waffle and won't let you choose your own ice cream. They come with vanilla flavour and £2.25 for an extra scoop Or £2.25 to change to a different flavour??? What kinda customer service is this. Unbelievable.

Gave the wrong order. So ended up with two desserts. The Bananaberry Sundae that I originally wanted had white threads on the strawberries. The ceiling was collapsing in and the toilets were appalling!

We had an amazing experience at KASPA'S. The ice-cream was so delicious and staff were too polite.We loved it. Wanna go again.
