Terrible, they take your order then you have to drive round , they only have 1 window , not the girls fault , but she takes order, she takes payment and serves you the food , took a good 10-15 mins for full process , slowest KFC I've ever been

Wish I hadn't bothered. Even after complaining about food, the replacement food was worse. Either too dry or been sat in grease for ages. This place has to be ine of the worst in the UK

Drive through is not great here. Always seems to take ages to get through. There were only two cars in front of me last night and it still took about thirty minutes to order and get my stuff! Apparently the bloke in front ordered a lot of stuff???

Ordered delivery and the order came wrong despite manager clearly writing on receipt. Ended up having to go into store to rectify and the manager personally fixed the order. Would have been a 1 apart from manager, would have been a 5 if original order wasn't an epic fail

Waited 40minutes for two meals. After 15minutes of waiting was told they didn't have 3 of the things I'd ordered. This location KFC Definitely NOT the place to go if your thinking fast food

Small and tidgy otherwise taste is same as other halal kfc .being in bolton means you are touching more diverse range and need more big and open place to accomodste .plz increase the sittingthe parking area so ppl like to come with family

I had a poor experience here. The food was almost cold and the gravy tub was half full. The girl who was serving hardly made any eye contact and had her back to me as she was talking to her colleague.

Make sure you check your orders from here. Not only did they not give me a whole order of mini fillets, even though they gave me the dips for it but they missed off my gravy too. I did get a small popcorn chicken extra though.Don't even get me started on the fries! KFC fries are the worst of any place anyway but these were particularly bad!It's almost amazing how they do it, under and over cooked in the same batch and about 10 to 15 green ones in there too. It's almost an art, I can't help but be impressed at how truly awful they are. On the plus side they do make great compost though.
