Blatant money laundering here... Restaurant that never needs open lol

Absolutely shocking I order a Netflix and chill for two at 8.30 pm tonight and I'm writing this review at 23.27 and we still haven't recieved the takeaway and the restaurant shut at 11pm. Between me and my friend we rang and rang and rang and no one answered the phone. They have took the money out of my bank. I will be going up tomorrow as soon as they open im absolutely fuming with the service etc and will definitely not be ordering again. We normally have amazing service from here but tonight we have had no contact from them no one answering the phones and no food turned up 😡😡😡

Krave platters are fairly priced for the amount of food that you get. Never had an issue here. Only downside is they don't deliver to me 🤦‍♂️

Found a hair in my food, tried to call to report it, it appears they are dodging my calls. Failed to respond to the proof sent via messenger. Shame.

Only giving one star because i cant give 0 stars but this takeput is absolutely disgusting my daughter made a big order through just eat payed and was waiting hours it did not turn up when she rang them on numerous occasions to ask where her order was the lady on the phone was very rude and she also put the phone down on us reported to just eat wont be using again rip off

Half the order missing, waited an hour and what did arrive was freezing cold. Was supposed to have nachos…. Barley anything on them. Had to go in the bin.

You could already make your own assumptions judging by the pictures of their food. Very sweaty, not well put together meals. The cookie dough is decent, but very overpriced for the portion size. It's also very sweet, a bit too sweet in fact. Had to get my tooth removed a couple days after eating one for the first time. Of course this didn't stop me from ordering one again a couple months later.

Have to give one star as won’t allow me to give zero, just had a £44 takeaway from here delivered to me, all of it was freezing cold, it was 30 minutes late and items were wrong, our kids pop corn chicken meal we ordered came freezing cold, two bags of skips we ordered came as 16 yes 16 pieces of monster munch in a brown opened bag, the chicken kebab we ordered came as a lamb kofter freezing cold, drenched in mayonnaise with wet soggy chips, nacho chicken burger came freezing cold with a handful of wet soggy chips, two tango ice blasts came as juice and actually only half full, the £15 sweet box we ordered came with a handful of sweets inside, we ordered from here a couple nights previous but got the £5 sweet box instead and actually had more sweets inside that one, to top it off the absolute icing on the cake when we went online on Uber eats who we’d ordered through to complain we noticed somehow they’d been donated a £1 tip from us! Will not be stopping until I get a refund through Uber eats as they’ve not been answering the phone and judging off previous reviews I’ll be ignored and they’ll deny all knowledge of it, so why argue with the ant when you can talk to the queen, disgraceful and cannot see how they actually have the balls to send out such a shambles of an order.

We came tonight and the lovely guys stayed open while we ordered. It's the first time we've bin to krave and it was bloody amazing. Shop is beautiful and clean and the guys was really lovely to talk to will definitely be going again 😁

Ordered at 5pm for DELIVERY TIME at 9:40pm to then get a call asking if that was the time I wanted it delivered or being made. It arrives on time (hence the 1* rating, the only positive of this experience). Ordered the 'Netflix and chill' deal and the rice was cold, chicken burger burnt and fries soft and soggy. I get to the waffle where I find what I believe to be chocolate sauce but instead less than 2 minutes later I'm being violently ill due to a hazelnut intolerance and after asking Adam over the phone, he explained that it's effectively a Russian roulette on either chocolate sauce or Nutella sauce. Not put in the description that it comes with sauce on it, let alone a sauce which contains NUTS! Will not be ordering from here again and cannot wait to explain all this to the manager again tomorrow.
