RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!They took 2 hours to delivered my food. Never deliver my order on time. I m not going to order anything from M T bellys again. Avoid them. There service is rubbish, no respect for customers.

Okay this place okay, but depends on who makes the food, as they put way to much sauce and sometimes over cook the food.

Missed salad off both orders. All meat very stale and dry. Lamb incredibly tough and difficult to chew. Bread was the only good part.

The food is always good but takes about hour and half if not longer just to get here and we literally live around the corner it's ridiculous

Donnor burger was soggy and could ligit make mash out the bun in to mash , ordered a lamb kabab soaking in grease a ligit puddle as u can see in the picture ordered before from here and it was 10/10 but ain’t ordering again , unprofessional on the phone saying we was lyin , and offer on just Eat saying over 20 pound get a bottle of Pepsi if u don’t get a meal deal which we didn’t so disappointed

Don't know where to start with this one. This used to be my family's favourite takeaway but the service has slowly been declining. My food is always cold with items missing. The pizza dough is uncooked. And when you ring up to complain they don't want to fix it. My pizza was burnt at the top and raw at the bottom. I was told I'd get sent a replacement but even that wasn't sent. Will not be ordering again.

Avoid avoid avoid clear health and safety hazard.Never really one to complain. We’ll try it and if it’s not for us we won’t go there again. However after waiting 2 hours on my friends birthday, for food to arrive luke warm (including chicken) and to contain multiple long black hairs, it is frankly a health and safety concern. Upon calling the takeaway to resolve the matter, I was met with very rude service and was told it’s nothing to do with them and was told to consult with JustEat who had delivered the food which we had already done. As far as I’m concerned this just seemed like passing the buck as it wasn’t them who made the food so was therefore not their hair found extruding from my wife’s mouth. Disgusting.

Tasty food, fair prices! Been going here for years , the only thing is your waiting at least 20mins for food, which is understandable seeing how busy they are. 100% recommended

So I waited over 2 hours tonight sat 16th oct 2021 to receive a pizza with chilli sauce and garlic mayo on and chips. No lamb kebab rang up they said another hour for pizza, didnt realise it was chips in the bag and no kebab. Would avoid this place, they take your money and send out the wrong food and then make out its what you've ordered. Rang 12 times to be told its on the side waiting for the driver to collect. Half the order wasn't even there and wrong. AVOID

Really good food inside the takeaway everything is kept lovely and clean. Their chef special pizza is the best i have never tasted a pizza as nice it's gorgeous. I would recommend it to anyone especially if your a pizza lover.
