Marmaris Turkish Grill in Bolton

I used marmaris for a few years, but now it's over. The portions are more expensive and smaller and smaller

The worst takeaway I’ve ever had … expensive, greasy burnt donner meat undercooked chicken and don’t even mention the garlic cheesy mushrooms .. disgusting

Every order I’ve made sure to specify “vegetarian please” even if the order is obviously veggie.Today I found pepperoni under the cheese in my margarita. You wouldn’t know from looking at it that it had meat in.Just a warning for any veggies, this place can’t be trusted even if you specifically ask

Lovely food and amazing customer service. Can’t go wrong when ordering from here. Recommend this place to anyone who wants to try something new. Will always be my go to. 10/10 delivery service and food

Food was brilliant. The reason for the low stars is simply the shop front and waiting area needs a very good clean!! Also needs a new front door as I'm pretty sure its about to fall off its hinges any day now. Apart from that the food is really good. Maybe order online so you don't get put off.

Shocked with todays experience. Whole order was wrong, and not rectified! The Turkish kofta on kebab (which I ordered and paid extra for garlic bread but came on naan) was dry as a bone I couldn't even bite it , actually digusting. Asked for sauce, didn't come with any. About 12 wedges for £3, will not be going back.

Order was wrong. Wrong pizza. Wrong side.Arrogant gentleman on the phone.Very disappointing as we have had orders before from these guys that have been very good. Will not be using again.

Food is greasy and low quality, I ordered a ‘royal burger’ which comes with donner meat and bacon and they didn’t put any donner meat on and for the bacon they put a warm slice of ham on my burger and called it a day.Will never be ordering again

As a quite regular customer I was incredibly shocked by my experience last night. I ordered what I usually would for delivery at 19:50; it arrived at 21:08. The food I ordered arrived stone cold in a greasy, dirty pizza box that had collapsed in the plastic bag it was in. I tried to call the shop immediately and persistently for over an hour but it just kept ringing busy. In between calls I got in contact with the delivery driver and asked if he was going back to the takeaway, he said yes, I raised my concerns and that I wanted a new meal and he said he would sort it. Its 24 hours later and I haven't had a phone call back nor anything. Although I appreciate that stores are busy at the moment, it is absolutely not applicable here and I would like something sorted by Marmaris as I actually quite enjoy their food.
