McDonald's - Derby Street in Bolton

One of the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Every single time they get the order wrong. Items missing, the wrong item. Instead of sorting it at the window they then tell you to drive back around again, so you then have to queue up and repeat the whole transaction again. Only been three times but will be avoiding it in the future.

Brilliant and friendly staff. Well stocked tea / coffee etc in bedrooms. Food was superb. We had a family birthday and the staff brought cake out as a surprise for us. Would recomend the "cottage" in garden for families. Only vvvvvv small way to improve would be a table light each side of the double bed.

Went in this morning ordered from the machine and sat down with my son, could see an order like mine sat on the tray waiting to be brought out. After 10 minutes I went up to ask if it was ready, was given said tray without so much as an apology. Just to add insult to injury the pancakes were vile! Hard all round the edges and cold. I did get a refund and a half arsed sorry from the 2nd lady at least!!

Would never recommend anyone to go to this place especially after my horrible experience. I always like to praise good service and understand we all have bad days. On this occasion I was in a hurry to feed my twins with a happy meal and then go and see my wife who was in hospital so I opted for the drive thru. The lady asked me to wait which I did although there was no car infront of me who had ordered. Realising it's been like 7 minutes I said hello towards the voice machine and the lady answered yes can I take your order and then said wait and I will be back. She did not realise she left her headset on and was only having a chat with her colleague. That is when I was unhappy and did take the details from their manager zoey. Of course I will be sending an e mail to the complaints department but this branch of McDonalds is appalling. They have on numerous occasions gotour order wrong but please make your own judgement when you go there but I would not recommend this place.

It's a busy McDonald's and sometimes if it's too busy time, they will ask us to wait in parking after ordering at drive thru and one of their personal will come out and give our order at the car park...Once during a busy time schedule they missed to put the fries in my kids meal order and luckily as we noticed there itself we went back and got it sorted. It's very rare but I would recommend to have a check with our orders if it's too busy time for any type of drive thru orders anywhere in the world even not just McDonald's as it's a human error that can happen even to us during busy time. Most of the Friday evening it will be too busy and drive thru will have to wait after ordering to get the order. Try using MCDONALD'S app to order and collect through drive thru or direct. The app also gives offer and points which is easily redeemable for some of the food products.

ordered on uber eats - food was delivered cold and the chips were awful and dried. Also, I called the branch twice to ask them to pop some curry sauce in the bag, since there is no option to do so Online.The worker, Joe ( I think) said he would. Delivery came with no sauce. Awful service - should have gone to a local take away.

Don't know wether it was my accent but I went in today and ordered 2 meals with drinks and 2 burgers and a drink separately. Order comes my drink was missing. Now the cashier seemed a little flustered taking my order and fluffed it. Now when I asked about my other drink I was spoken to like dirt with the server snarling you didn't order a chocolate milk shake! So basically calling me a liar. If he would have been nice I would have suggested I pay for another drink but I felt belittled and embarrassed by this piece of work. McDonalds need to up their game and have decent folk dealing with customers. Glad to say I was passing through and will NEVER go to this branch EVER AGAIN!!

I ordered through the McDonalds Rewards App, so the whole transaction was smooth and seamless. I was the only person waiting to be served and my coffee was ready in minutes. My only regret was finding a parking space. If the location was bigger, it could do with more parking spaces, as the car park is always full or almost full.

Absolutely disgusting food here sent back once already ..staff are lack luster , items you can see orederd are sat ages waiting to be brought out and then you sit down and are greeted by poor standard food... Burger is a burger but how hard is it not to re fry chips ???... Avoid this MacDonalds try another

Absolutely dissatisfied with this outlet. The young girl who took our order at the drive through missed off a large fries and when we got to window we asked her if she had added on the extra fries. She told us she had added them then drove to last window for the food. The young girl there was miserable and ignorant.As we got our food we asked about the missing fries. The girl checked our receipt, told us there was no additional fries listed then continued her job. Her manners were terrible. You at least expect a friendly service. The food was both cold and unappetising to say the least. Would not go there ever again.
