McDonald's - Knowsley Street in Bolton

A bargain lunch every now and then. Very clean and nice environment with friendly staff.

Just had a coffee but it was good and cheap as well. Daughter had a sausage barm and that was good.

We tried Burger, Wrap & Fries. The taste was ok. The sitting arrangement is fine. The staff are good. Overall nice experience.

My muffin was so dry and hard I cld not eat it . The coffee was fine and the ice cream Mcfurry .But I won't be having a muffin again . The table was dirty and the toilets disgusting. Sorry to say .

Staff didn't great with a smile but still a maccies with good food!

Food is nice most of the time but customer service is shocking. Found a hair inside my chicken nugget a few weeks ago, so called up and told them. They told me to return and ask for Connor and they will give me another 6 nuggets. I did this and the lady I spoke to, Anzala, was unhelpful and unapproachable. She asked if I had given my name. I told her no because it was a while ago when I rang up and couldn't recall giving my name. She told her colleague there was a hair in my food while rolling her eyes. Completely unprofessional. So I told her colleague and she justified it and said that it's because you would usually give your name. I told her my name and told her I couldn't recall giving it her because it was a while ago. I told her to tell Anzala not to treat her customers like this, its absolutely ridiculous. She said that she would sort it but I got no apology whatsoever. They need to know how to treat their customers. I have no idea how Anzala was recruited, she should try being friendly and smile when a customer approaches her, basic customer service skills. Why pay for a service when you get no customer service

Got £1.99 vouchers from metro. Thought surprise my boys. Useless as they said can only use 2 voucher max. Why would they give vouchers if family can not enjoy it cheaper food together.

Was given wrong order. Went back and got correct order. Double big mac was shocking, Chips had no salt, mozzarella sticks cold!

Staff are nice but I ordered my sandwich with no pickles and onions and it come with onions and pickles. My large French fries came just half and the meat was a bit burned and my soda (spritz) the ice was all melded and tasted water from melted ice.
