McDonald's - Middlebrook Retail Park in Bolton

It's a pretty good McDonald's this one. the food's always good. I think I only had food. Be a little bit cool once but most of the time. It's quite good. It took a little long for breakfast today. It's almost as if you get table service you're pushed a little bit further to the back of the queue. The food was nice it's McDonald's we all know what we're buying

I can honestly say if McDonald's shut down everywhere in the world. Not one person would care or even notice. This was a large cappuccino I bought after removing all the froth there was probably less than 0.2L left in the cup. I took it back amd asked them to fill it up, and the girl behind the counter made me a new one which was exactly the same size. So everyone who is buying this believing they are getting 0.4L is being robbed of around 50% of their money. Screw you McDonald's, you disgust me. I ignored every part of my common sense walking through your doors again after so long. NEVER AGAIN.

Food was fine. However, they forgot to put straws and napkins. The food is nearly always as expected. Now on this occasion, and it's not the first time, our milkshakes were not full. I realise they settle a bit as they start to melt; but this was not that. As they actually had milkshakes, it was a great day. The weather was lovely so we were excited about the milkshakes. Not a huge deal, but disappointed. Our daughters Fanta wasn't with the order, they sent oasis, which she is not keen on. At the end of the day it's just McDonald's, but with prices for everything going up, it hits everyone a bit harder when you don't get what you paid for.

Ordered the Italian stack meals for me an the Mrs they came to our table freezing. I took them back to the counter and explained they was cold without being nasty the lad apologised said no problem we'll get you some fresh ones out. Fresh ones came out two minutes later except they weren't fresh ones it was very obvious they had just took off the beef patties and microwaved them so now they were actually worse as not only were they still cold they was also dry and disgusting. Didn't have time to complain again so ate majority as I was Hank Marvin. Won't be returning here boooooooooooo

It's becoming more frequent that the food is barely warm when your order is completed. I thought maybe requesting table service was the problem. Last couple of visits (several weeks in-between, and different outlets) I have waited at the counter and watched the "preparing/collection" numbers change, and still the food is barely warm, nowhere near hot !!Why prepare hot food, tray it up, leave if you check the order, then go away and make HOT drinks, and pump ice-cream?? !!

Drive through friendly staff quick service but the food was rubbish.Cheeseburger looked like it had kicked around the floor when I opened it, the fries were cold and the Italian burger I got was dry and tasted of nothing. The best part of the meal was the Fanta. Not going again.👍

Amazing service from a young man with blonde hair and nice blue eyes. Was absolutely shocked at how good my mayo burger meal tasted because it was so so good. To top it off, my Americana was superb too! Get that blonde lad a raise!

I saw the my egg McMuffin being prepared with bare hands that I know hadn't been washed as the crew member had just been handling my receipt at the register, she had been questioning my order as I had customised my sandwich ingredients and she didn't understand why (obviously because that's what I wanted). Later, as I was removing my waste items from my tray, I found a compressed onion and salt under the tray liner, clearly the tray had not been cleaned recently.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Drive thru service was shockingly slow, staff too busy talking and on their phones - probably talking about love island or makeup. Food took 45 minutes to be cooked. Disgraceful! I shall not be returning and be complaining to Boris himself.

£10 for a Big Mac and Fries... delivered, but all I received was a box of lettuce and cheese. No refund offered. I was offered a replacement if I went to collect it.
