Morrisons Cafe in Bolton

Morrisons cafés do decent food however this one is let down by poor customer service. the staff at this one are awful rude and cocky all because I wanted some ketchup and mayo and they said no and that they haven't got any yet they gave some to others not happy at all won't be coming here again !

Was awful normally good here but seriously gone down hill.Food wasn't cookedBought an hot chocolate and it wasn't even full half way😤.Clutrey was food stuck to it. The unclean tables wasn't clean either.Really put me off my food completely and that was before food arriving 😩👎

Had never tried morrisons breakfast before and never will again. Food was lukewarm and completely cold by the time we were half way through it. Sausage were overcooked and crispy, my friend didn't want hash browns so I asked if I could substitute this for extra mushrooms for which they charged me an extra 85p!! The cafe itself was cold as well, so all in all, not a great breakfast trip. Won't be rushing back anytime soon

So disappointing. Morrisons café used to be a great cheap place to eat. Good honest food at good prices. Now the fish is half the size it used to be on a piece of paper, the chips arrive in a small separate bucket and the flavourless mushy peas arrive in another pot. Why serve it in 3 things when a single plate does the job just fine. Get rid of the pretentious drivel and go back to basics. The staff used to be wonderful in the café too but even they no longer seem to care and can't raise a smile. Such a shame.

Never clear tables mugs are filthy all the time miserable staff on tills and really hard work with your orders.

I went in today with my daughter my daughter asked what was in veggie burger and weather it was vegetables or quorn said they were from freezer on shop floor and then started looking through a folder the lady really looked put out her way and my daughter looked embarrassed for asking she originally asked for a cheese and tomato pizza but where told there where none then I went to the cutlery omg went through about ten knives and ten forks to get clean ones others where caked in old food I'm not even joking

Last week the Big Breakfast was excellent. This week what a contrast. The Hash Brown were soggy as if they were cooked too slow or left in deep fat fryer too long. My pet hate was here as well. The Egg was Rock Hard and the Sausage too. Different Chef or just having A Bad Day.

First time to eat out I was a bit worried to go out but wow the staff were amazing made me very comfortable and at ease the lady showed me to the table explaining what we had to do just amazing experience food really good the cafe were spotless our table was freshly sanitised even though its busy staff were amazing so thank you all xx

Paid £1.45 extra for the smallest bit of avocado. The food took 30mins to come and was freezing cold toast was burned and dry, virtually inedible.Staff were happy to replace but once again the same issue (as seen in picture)

Cafe looks nice and clean. Friendly staff and good prices. I ordered the veggie breakfast and my friend had porridge. Both were awful. The porridge was undercooked. The veggie breakfast was luke warm and tasted disgusting. I will avoid this place in future.
