Oodles Chinese in Bolton

Food was decent, quite dry, really spicy but decent taste. Not overly happy with the quality and it's quite expensive too. (I got it delivered, perhaps better in person)

I ordered a food from this place like an hour ago there was a massive hair on the can drink and a blood print from finger on the meal box as I was about to share my food with my toddler!!! Everything end up in a trash, I spoke with someone from the restaurant and the only thing they offered me was a refund as I'm still waiting for it what a joke?!! Do not order food from this place!!

Ordered food and drinks 9/5/2022 food arrived but the 3 can's of diet pepsi were missing rang up to be told they won't be sending them out as the have no driver available but can add them to the next order which is pointless as I wanted them with my food at £1.70 each can I would of expected them to have been brought back to me as this is what majority of food places do when they miss item's off the order shocking customer service spoke to 3 different people for what reason I don't understand I just want the drinks sending to me of which I paid for. You have lost a customer due to your shocking customer service.

After a 17 hour fast you'd expect your order to be right. Then it arrives completely wrong in fact from a different place. Yes it's the drivers fault but then Oodles take no responsibility and advise me they can't even send my order again! No manager available for a chat which is surprising when he's always there during busy periods. Awful service.

I was waiting for over an hour for my food and when it finally arrived i was surprised by a glorious hair stuck on to my chicken. I called up the store and was refused to have another box delivered to me and the manager was 'off'. Will never be ordering again.!!!!

I love this place. Love the concept of picking your meats and what they go with. The portion sizes are perfect, although maybe a little overpriced.

Nice tasting food. Nice decor and good service. Portion was small for a large and not enough chicken. A bit overpriced for what you get despite lunch time offer. Would go again but not too often.

I was taken to oodles by a friend who's been several times before. As I normally don't try a new place without recommendations I was expecting something good. Place was packed out, but service was lightning quick! It's a simple idea, but it works really well. You pick the small, medium or large box then add sides and mains. Medium box was packed full and I struggled to finish it so you're going to have to be hungry if you go for the large box. Food was tasty and starters were just as good. Highly recommended for anyone who likes Chinese food especially if you're in a rush!

Visited this place a couple of times. The place wasn’t too busy and we got a table straight away. My partner ordered a small box - Veggie noodles, Veg stir fry and paneer and I ordered a medium box - Veg noodles, dry crispy veg & spicy chips. I have also tried the Singapore rice which was extremely spicy! The food came out fairly quickly so we weren’t waiting long. We both enjoyed the food, especially my partner who normally hates Chinese food! The paneer was freshly made. The restaurant was clean inside and was kept maintained even through busy periods. A nice spot in Bolton, would return.
