Ordered food at 19:43 delivered at 20:10 brilliant service and food spot on 👌!!

Had the worst experience today after going there for years. They botched our delivery order and didn't acknowledge their error or try to rectify it. The guy on the phone was really rude actually.Ordered a replacement garlic bread for wrong order whih I'd pay again. Went to collect. Hadn't put it in. Guy was really rude and arrogant and stalled to avoid serving me what I ordered. Never again.

I'm not one for writing reviews but I know bad food when I see it we ordered two kebabs absolute garbage on a plate rubbish felt sick looking at it disgusting didn't even eat one bite threw it straight in the bin would not recommend 😑

Very poor presentation. We weren't sure what exactly we were eating. Previously had a good experience, very disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic definitely a takeaway to order from the 1/4 burger miles better in my opinion than McDonald's and the kebab delicious best in horwich

Came back to horwich to see family this was my favourite takeaway 5 years ago came back now and it's discusting the pizza was like card board and the service in the shop was poor too. The boss was very agitated and seemed very angry he never used to be like that. Overall I didn't enjoy my food

Ordered a chicken kebab and got 3 pieces of chicken and the naan bread looked and felt like a popadom asked for a refund and got asked to ring back on Thursday when the manager was in to complain so little food for £7.50 RIP OFF

Used them once and that's it! Soggy, undercooked cheese sticks and couldn't taste any cheese! Cold, undercooked onion rings and barely an onion in sight! Even the mayo didn't wake it up as there was no garlic in it. The garlic bread with cheese was tasteless and had zero garlic in it! Never order again!

I have been a regular customer here for many years and the food portions and service was at a very high standard but recently has gone downhill. The service had gone down so much that I was treated rudely by staff and I could see there was no organisation as the staff were all yapping in a forfeit language. I waited 25 minutes just for 1 pizza and a potion of chips and the pizza came out undercooked and chips burned. Wouldn't go back here ever again . R.I.P pasha.
