Pizza Hut Restaurant in Bolton

Paid extra for dips and was told the pizza don't come with any and what we got was right never ordering there again

Went for our sons birthday. It was a shambles. The 3 staff that were there were great but they couldnt keep up with letting people in, seating people, taking orders, taking payments etc. People were waiting over an hour for food. We ended up having to lean through the serving counter to get our own bowls and spoons for icecream

Not had pizza hut for such a long time!!! Ordered it for delivery tonight. Got to say its bloody good. Hot, fast delivery, tasty... what more do you want!!!!

Paid for dips and didnt get them, paid a fortune and the cookie dough wasnt edible, so burnt the poor children couldnt eat it, barely any cheese on my pizza, will not be ordering again and will be cancelling my reservation i have booked for at the middlebrook branch

Awful. Twice order has been wrong and cold and one had forgotten items. We were promised our correct order free next time we ordered but when we called for our replacement order we were called liars and the manager gave a false name. Not something you expect from an international company.

Never ordering again. Pizza was very soggy. Base was 🤮. Toppings taste overdated. Cost 17 pound for a pizza. Very poor quality. Frozen pizza would have tasted way better. Pizza hut gone so low

Ordered a pizza online with four toppings. It arrived with no toppings. The pizza cost me 18.99 and it was literally the same as one I could get from Morrison’s. It didn’t taste any better. Rang up and was told that they hadn’t put any toppings on because on their receipt (even though it said 4 toppings) they weren’t listed. They had my number and could easily have called me if they were that bothered about their customers.They offered to make me another one but I would have had to wait another hour. I wasn’t offered my money back.I would recommend that customers do not buy from here. Go to Morrison’s and get the same pizza at a fraction of the price. If I could have given this 0 stars I would have.

UPDATE: Having (apparently) forgotten my dire last experience, I ordered again and it was once again terrible.. but in a different way! This time it wasn't soggy - the crust was crisp but horribly, horribly greasy. The toppings were also undercooked; the tomato sauce was barely warm!ORIGINAL REVIEW: Absolutely appalling. I used to order from this branch a while ago and it's now the pits. I ordered a pizza and not only was it delivered late, it was soggy, as crisp as a damp dishcloth. After much chasing I got a discount voucher due to the the late delivery and, against my better judgement, tried to re-order. I ended up with checkout errors and Pizza Hut's customer support line was utterly useless. Avoid this dire branch and Pizza Hut in general.

There must be a cheese ration at pizza hut seeing as there was not much on my pizza. The meat was pretty tasteless and the crust was okay but I could not taste the alleged garlic crust. The main problem was the miniscule amount of cheese and lack of herbs and general seasoning. The side order of potato wedges was fine but bizarrely the bbq dip was warmer in the tub than the wedges were. Luckily I had not paid full price at £16.00 for this lacklustre effort. Will not order again as this was a mainstream let down so the experiment away from local pizza places was a resounding fail.

At the end of my tether with this restaurant they barely get the order correct first time around and now they don't even have the decency to compensate the customer for having to wait for a second pizza to arrive. On Valentine's night we ate separately because I had to wait for them to correct my pizza and put pepperoni on my pepperoni feast! Needless to say I won't ever order from them again. On at least 4 out of the last 6 occasions they have got my order wrong and that is being polite, in reality they messed up a lot more, that statistic is from recent memory.
