Pizza Plus in Bolton

The Chicken Shawarma Calzone was disgusting, totally inedible. Full of gristle and totally unidentifiable as anything fit for human consumption, let alone chicken - it made a tin of cat food look appetising. I will contact the FSA in the morning because I have serious concerns as to what this "chicken" is

Chicken wings, fries & pizza were cold and tasteless. Donner had a massive hair in it so didn't even try it.So dissatisfied and disappointed. £20 wasted. Won't be going there again

Absolutely disgusting who delivers food to a customer like that never again

Shocking customer service.. won't answer the phone once ordered.. won't give you a time and when they do they never meet it just keep you hanging and pushing back.. don't order from this place ever it's a waste of money and a waste of time

Usually good food but this time over 1/4 of the tray was empty, felt ripped off. If 30% of the food is missing then they should charge 30% less. Hard earned money gone down the drain. Been going here for years mainly in store and I've always liked the food but when a big portion of the food is missing you feel robbed.

Well what can I say about this place. After ordering and waiting one and a half hours the food still hadn't turned up. Normally food is okay not the best but cheap enough if you can handle a bit on an upset stomach in the morning. We cancelled the order only for the order to arrive. After telling the driver to go (when we were in bed) the restaurant denied we had cancelled the order and just eat advised the restaurant had stated the meal was delivered... If people want an average meal with very poor service then order but I can can guarantee there are better places out there. When I called the restaurant for a refund the manager advised he.would drive down and talk to me face to face like their takeaways I am still waiting three days later

Good food but only 3 stars due to the delivery driver, he rang us up saying he was at our door, we told him he wasn't, we even went outside to check! This guy didn't seem to believe us and was almost aguring with us. We was doing our best to figure out where he was and help but he kept insisting he was at our door. After abit we got our food once they guy realized he was at the wrong house. Now even though the food is good I won't go back, it was too much hassle!

Just had a Donner kebab mix dropped off the meat is not cooked the bread is soaking in grease. We decided to make amends with these fools by calling them at the takeaway and we were simply told “it’s cooked love”... how embarrassing and how patronising. I hope you read this review before you waste your time and money with these cowboys.I wish I could send pictures of what they have supplied on here to seriously warn you!

Ordered food at 4.20pm and was given a delivery time of 5.20pm but food didn't arrive till 6.30pm. Once Food arrived the wings were greasy and looked and smelt old and as if they had been re fried. They also looked like frozen ready bought wings. They were disgusting and went straight into the bin. I then moved onto the Peri burger meal which had mixed salad on it and i then automatically knew they wasn't going to be great as all proper burger places know to put lettuce on oppose to mix salad. As i lifted the bun to remove the other salad expect the lettuce again i saw i ready bought frozen fillet burger which doesn't taste like a fresh 100% fillet as it tastes processed and slimy. This also wasn't a Peri burger as it just had a little peri sauce so it was mis sold. Anyway i took 1 bite and it was tasteless and slimy so again went straight into the bin.. The chips were soggy and tasted old and funny. I then moved onto the mixed kebab which had burnt chicken which was literally black and all you could taste was the burnt grilled flour and the donner was old and dry and the seekh kebab taste like a ready bought frozen seekh kebab which again went straight into the bin... I've never had a meal this bad especially when each meal was disgusting and not edible. I wouldn't feed this to a dog. This was a waste of £20+. I don't understand how they have 4+ stars as id give them minus if i could. I don't usually write reviews but this time i had to as the food was that disgusting. Yes every single meal was disgusting. I'd rather starve than order from this place. I'm glad they made me wait an extra hour above the delivery time before i tasted this disgusting food. Only if the delivery didn't arrive that would have been ideal. If i have to think of 1 positive it has to be that the Delivery driver was friendly.
