Prezzo in Bolton

Really enjoyed our dinner there, with great atmosphere. Food was super nice and the staff were being so helpful and pleasant. Made our evening happy!Thanks for the great service ❣️

Great customer service but pasta dish was advertised with chicken. There was defo pasta...think the chicken got away. I want to be fair. Staff great and friendly but dishes expensive for what you get. £138 for 4 standard pasta dishes and 2 bottles of lower end priced wine. We have had certainly enjoyed much more at similar prices elsewhere.

Was turned away at the door, when restaurant was empty. Not given a time to be free or anything. You're Prezzo, not the Savoy. Climb out your arses and take 100 quid when it comes to your door.Went to McDonald's instead, nicer, fresher and better service.

I would like to make a complaint regarding the bolton branch which I visited on 24th May at 18:49.There was a group of 4 of us wanting to pay separately using two different vouchers.Two had tesco vouchers and another two was wanting to use the 25% off Bluelight discount.The lady that served us stated that we can only use one or the other voucher per table even though we stated that we was paying separately. She stated because we are set at the same table we have to pay together and only use one of the given vouchers.We then suggested we sit at two separate tables to solve the issues but again the lady that served us stated that is not doable because we walked in together.The lady was not co operating what so ever and the rules she was trying to imply was ridiculous as we have previously been into other branches where we could pay separately and use discounts and vouchers on each separate payment.

Great staff, great food and I’d definitely go again if I found myself in Bolton. Calamari was perfect, sea bass a bit over done, but sauces had a nice, rich, depth.

I had high expectations but unfortunately the food was below average. The service was really good, the girls were really helpful and professional but in terms of food just very poor. The chicken Alfredo pasta had no sauce, no taste, no flavor, and barely any chicken. It was just so unseasoned and dry which is a shame :(

I enjoyed the food and the drinks which I thought excellent a wide variety of menus and drinks at quite reasonable prices.The staff were excellent and friendly and I would definitely be eating out at this restaurant again

So so so so sooooo good!!We were served by Emma!! Now, I think, every restaurant should have an Emma!! Emma was helpful, really friendly and personable (it's missing in so many places nowadays), but she was real and genuine and I felt like she was interested in us as people, not just customers! Emma went out of her way to make our evening really special!The food was delicious and good value for money! All the staff were helpful and friendly! We really really enjoyed our Prezzo Bolton experience!! 5/5

Oh wow! We have been last night,after very long day out in yorkshire,we decided to go chinees buffet,unfortunately this was closed,so we ended up in prezzo.If you never have been and search on google for directions, dont bother, go to the vault right across from chineese buffet,and you will find what you seek.Anyway to the food!I have ordered the oak smoked salmon penne,just the most delicious food i have ever eaten. My partner had prawns for starter,chicken with mushrooms for main and it was apparently to die for! Pizza we all shared was brilliant.Kids had pasta carbonara and burgers,and almost everything got eaten(kids been full or ready for pudding i say) for afters kids had pancakes and loved it.sorry no pictures of pancakes as kids smashed it in no time.Service was excellent ,staff are quick and lovely.Truly one of the best places i have eaten at.overall with drinks we paid little over £80 for 2 adults and 3 kids,not so bad...compliments to the chef and the waiting people 😀

Nice Italian restaurant in the vaults of The Market Place. Prezzo was busy enough to be buzzing but not so busy that we had to wait. Food was lovely, I had the baked mushrooms followed by a main I can't remember (but was lovely) with truffle oil infused fries as a side. Sweet was sticky toffee pudding which was not particularly Italian, but very nice. Service in the restaurant was very good and they even catered for one of our party who needed his phone charging. Recommended.
