Rancheros One in Bolton

Disappointed. We ordered our food from here before and dit was amazing. However, this time it was appalling.We ordered the food at 7:30pm and it didn't arrive until 9:30pm. The food did turn up hot but wrong. We ordered a calzone and we ended up getting a pizza with jalapenos. The kebab meat was horrible and the the order was divided up. We ordered doner kebab meat and chips and it came separated. The only thing they managed to get right was the Meat Feast Pizza and the drinks. We will not be eating from here again.

Last week was our first time we went to this excellent restaurant. But It is surely not the last time. We had a good time with the generous service, with the high quality dishes and fine drinks and with the modest pay. We will surely go back there soon.

I get to eat here a lot since I work close by. I love how their service is always excellent and they keep the place clean all the time. Rates are reasonable and they serve generous portions.

They offer a vast variety of fresh food. I liked eating here. The employees are always friendly, rates are reasonable and the spot is always well organised.

Would give zero if it was possible..ordered over xmas no delivery no answer on phone - accepted it might have been a busy time over xmas, had to wait a week for refund through app..decided to give them another try, same thing accepts order takes payment then no delivery and no one answering the phone - guess its another week wait for a refund...absolute shambles

My wife and I and 3 children ordered food from here through the just eat app. Last Sunday and it was over an hr late and cold on arrival we complained and as a offer of compensation offered us 2 large pizzas. . My 3 yr old loves pepperoni pizza so we got them... on my son eating it burst into tears ... they had laced the bottom in chilli powder ... they have been reported

Food came on time hot and fresh, great seletion on menu tasted lovely

We have ordered many times and had lovely food . Tonight however I food was over 1 hr late and the order was wrong . When we rang to sort it out they laughed on the phone and we told them we wouldn’t order again . When we ate the food it was awful full of salt and cold . We will definitely never order again

Delivery was quoted as 50 mins , 50 mins later and 2 phone calls our order came , once opened we found that a cheese burger meal had the chips missing, rang to tell them and got laughed at , and to be told we’re busy and we will send the out when we can , told them it’s my sons tea and not to bother as we will share ours with him , we got a laugh again, we started to eat our food and two adults who had chicken noticed the chicken was extra salty to the point it made you heave,DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, almthe food is now going to Bolton council for inspection as we assumed the chicken was off an they tried to hide the fact with a lot of salt , £27 order that we could not eat

Got a kebab wrap one hour later terrible pains and then was up all night beimg violently sick and on the loo i will never use this place again.I was fine all day. and had nothing else to eat
