Very good to take out very clean now with new decorations very nice food to take out used this place over 10 years always fresh food and clean

Ordered food tonight, items missing. Asked to be re delivered plus extra items . No discount, initial food now cold. Used to be a regular customer. Not anymore. Rude on phone .

Food no where near as nice as it used to be. Meats on the pizza seem to have been changed and taste 'off'. Also got promotion to say free garlic bread - once delivered was a single pot of gravy, they did not take any responsibility or apologise but admitted the fault 🤔 Shame, used to do lovely chicken wraps here and food - not the same and wouldn't recommend unfortunately.

This place has gone down hill the pizzas used to be amazing full of topping and cheese and it's just a light weight pizza with nothing on it I won't be ordering from them again

By far the best quality fast food joint in Bolton. Fresh food, great customer service and the Kebabs rock almost just as much as the pizza. Keep up the great work guys.

Second time in as many weeks the kebab meat was off, the smell almost put me off the rest of the order, they tried to disguise it with chilli sauce even though I asked for no sauce, time to move on sadly 😑

Used for the first time today, the best kebab I have ever tasted, and I've had quite a few, awesome flavours from the chicken, Donner and Shish, lovely fresh salad and very generous portions

Been ordering from Simpson’s for years. I order it from their own website. Last time my order was missed, I had to ring and chase it up. This time same thing has happened. Waited 90 minutes for the food in total. After around an hour I chased it up, they ended up taking the order again over the phone. When the food finally arrived the driver wanted me to pay again and to top it off, things were missing. I would give 0 stars if I could. Won’t be ordering again!
