Speedy Gonzales in Bolton

Ordered food at 8pm. Now 22.44 pm and still nothing. Nobody answering the phone and nobody responding to the so called feedback link on their app. No way to raise a complaint and no way to request a refund.Used to use all the time, won’t ever again.

Believe me when is say this but this is the first time in my 22 years of life that I've experienced such great customer service from a takeaway. The food is outstanding and overall the experience is just amazing and they take great care with food and not the mention how delicious the food is! Very happy couldn't ask for more.

Excellent *****Everything is amazing on here .I usually place my orders on here at weekend and food is so delicious 😋. Specially pizza which is so yummy and crispy.

Ordered from here last nite waited a hour rang them to see we're order was to be told I was not in when delivery came and they had dropped it at no 35 Really my no is 22 it was my problem and go to no 35 for it well sorry its your problem if your driver can not find my address its your problem if who answers your phone has no customer service and its your problem if you can not re emburse your customer for none delivery and I will Definitely not recommend or shop with you again

Just ordered today the burger bun was burntThe KFC style chicken was refried and stale.The chicken in the kebab was like rubber.The chilly sauce was the worst I had spent £16 expected better super small try of beans and coleslaw.

The chicken kebab on pitta or nan are amazing. You get a very lot of chicken that is cooked to perfection.The pizza and garlic bread are delicious with lots of topping.The reason we haven't given a 5* is the chips let them bown. They are chewy rather than crispy. I am not sure if it is down to the fact they are cooked and re heated. Or is it the chips they are buying.Come on guys your chips are letting you down and we are not the only ones who say it, but possiblely not giving a review.

I have been ordering from here for a while now, we have had alot of deliveries from here as It is the only take away that is consistently good. The food is always hot, delivered quickly & lovely. I never write reviews but just wanted to give this feed back.

I ordered a CLASSIC chicken burger and one chicken FILLET burger, 2 classics came, one of which barley had any salad on whatsoever, so I rang back to explain and GOT TOLD my order was sent out correctly when it was WRONG, whoever was on the phone at that specific time was awfully RUDE!! After a discussion that was clearly going no where I hung up, me and my partner put it to the side and began to eat, for him then to find a long black hair in his garlic mayo dip, which then put us off our food completely. Right now I'm appalled by the rudeness and complete lack of hygenine. Such ashame ( thank you to the delivery driver though, he was lovely and understanding )
