Spice Hut in Bolton

Ordered via just eat at half 12 came by 1 everything bang on one of the best kebabs yet!! The driver is chatty and was polite in unlike some iv met. Definitely ordering again when the after work hunger strikes

Not recommendFirstly lack of communication skills can't speak English at all Like basic words and the guy couldn't understand me but thats not the main part.They took sooooo long .The pizza was bad .Chips was bad and soggyThe chicken wings just tasted burnt.

Ooosh what a day! After a 3 days kees krack induced pubcrawl around Bolton, I found myself in spice hut. Within 1 minute it was clear that they don't sell spice there and they couldn't even recommend a dealer for me! So to be polite I went for the deconstructed mince sarnie. Now we all have a different take on what a perfect mince sarnie looks like, but this didn't hit the spot for me and can I please ask what the sauce was? Bit suspect

Food is always great here, I can’t have cheese burger anywhere else but here in Bolton. But their customer service is poor.. always uses excuses when the food is late. On top of that they always forget something even if it is drinks or something else. Hence why I hate ordering from here. But food is good 👍🏼

So the second time they have messed my order now.First time I let them off because they were busy so fine I let it slide mistakes happen and I work in the food and beverage industry.It was a burger meal and a cheesy garlic bread with red onions sent my garlic bread for delivery and just made me a standard one to replace which again fine let it slideThe second time it was not busy a delivery driver took an order off my friend and one off me. While we waited for 20 minutes they cooked the calzone they ordered which the cook then turned round and said that the Donna machine stopped working and they couldn't for fill the other half of the order.So my friends got a refund and ordered a taxi which I was sharing. in the 20 minutes they haven't even attempted to cook mine which this time was just a vegi burger meal so simple put in fryer and should have been done by the time they got there's if not quicker,So refused to give me a refund and said it will be ready in a minute which I thought why not as long as it's quick and cooked, checked it soon as I got in the taxi which just arrived it and was stone cold in the middle, then the chips/fries where stone cold too so I have had to now actually cook my food.It's pretty much a joke all that it shows me is they can't work together or even act as a team or take responsibility for making a possible dangerous mistake.Sorry for the long post but short story don't eat anyway which don't care about customers

Happy tonight, lads saved my night by getting me a lovely chicken tikka kebab

Some time ago I left a bad review for the Spice Hut . Over being short-changed. It may have changed premises. But being shortchanged seems to be still the theme, it's the same usual faces serving. I ordered chicken tikka kebab on naan bread. has the chicken tikka kebab on pitta bread which was £1 or so cheaper has been Crossed out. So what did I get for my money. Yes you guessed it chicken tikka on pita. It maybe only a £1.50 difference or so . ( it's nothing I hear you say ) but what would it be like, if people added an 25% just because they thought you where drunk. Yes you're right they wouldn't go there again and if they did they would leave a review maybe something like this.
