Starbucks Manchester Road Drive Thru in Bolton

Drive through order was made at Starbucks Manchster Road. The drinks sound like nice refreshing flavour however they just are not flavoursome or refreshing enough. Starbucks recipes could be made better matching their heavy marketing. Summer drinks are not worth the price you pay.

I've ordered from here a few times and often found the staff to be indifferent and not very friendly. The coffee is nice in frappes but simple lattes don't taste nice at all, unless there is a syrup in it.The last time I ordered in with my mum and baby. The high chair had sticky residue on it and it was filthy (cleanest one I could find). The dirt was visible on the multiple baby wipes I used to clean it. A staff member had been watching me and was giving me a 'death stare'. She then said something to a colleague, whilst staring at me.This colleague laughed and proceeded to stare at me too. It was extremely uncomfortable, which I presume was their agenda and highly unprofessional. In hindsight, I should have complained or spoken to them, but I was so angry that I couldn't be sure I would remain calm in my communication.The high chairs should be part of their cleaning rota, especially post-covid and that high chair had not been cleaned in a substantial amount of time. Disgusting service, appalling behaviour and zero customer service skills. I have not been back since and will not be back in a hurry. I would recommend people try the drive thru costa where the staff are personable, friendly and the coffee is nice.

Just been through the drive through and were served by Kate, Molly and Dylan. We asked for cream frappes with A LOT of caramel drizzle and that is exactly what we got. They were perfect!!! They were all so lovely and had a laugh too. Will definitely be coming here every time.

Served by absolute angels tonight, couldn't thank Kate, Molly & Dylan enough....What incredible staff.So tonight we visited this Starbucks as we have a couple of times before, (however from now on this will be the only Starbucks we visit!) So from the very first moment we heard Kate on the drive thru machine we instantly were impressed, she was full of fun & laughter she listened very carefully to our order and was happy to go the extra mile! Molly was the girl making our drinks... and she exceeded any expectations with flying colours she really was lovely. We asked for extra caramel drizzle in our drinks and she certainly did the job. All three staff members clearly work amazing as a team, they such great people skills and really do deserve to be recognised for their hard work. Honestly couldn't thank these 3 enough and i certainly hope to be served by them again, they really do provide a service like no other!

Don't have any filter coffee on or available mid morning on a Saturday. Offered to do me an Americano for the same price. Then charge you full price for the Americano anyway.Very crafty and clever way to maximize profits by being deceptive and dishonest to tidy up your ineptitudes.

I go here at-least 3 or 4 times a week and always enjoy my experience in terms of the drink and service i service I get. My only critique is the lack of gluten free edibles … I’d like to have some GF cakes or salads without gluten in if possible. I know there’s a Panini but I’m not biggest fan of them and would prefer snacks sometimes rather than a ‘bigger meal’ … staff are always delightful, sites always clean and location is relaxing … if I could just get some GF food … it’s be an easy 5 star from me !!!

Stayed here for lunch whilst waiting for a dashcam fitting at Halfords. Ham and cheese toastie is really good, i dont recommend the wooden knife and fork theyre a bit useless.Staff very friendly, nice atmosphere. Quite a few people were doing work on laptops etc so may also be a good environment to work in.

20 minutes wait for two coffees, four behind the counter, 4 behind the counter, one constantly busy dealing with driver through, the other three not so much, one with headscarf just prancing around behind the till, 2 of the asked what’s my order ‘again’. Absolutely unbelievable, plus they need to learn how to smile.

Decent starbucks with friendley staff. They came round each hour to see if I wanted anything else whilst I waited for my car to have its MOT next door. Decornis clean and most peiple in there are sat doing work on laptops. Half decent cup of coffee if a bit bland really, but then again it is Starbucks!
