They only accept cash payments. Be aware before you arrive- no cash points local. I tried this chippy out after reading the reviews and I was quite disappointed. The gravy tasted like a cheap brand with too much water, which ruined the chips. I wouldn't eat here again nor recommend

Really excellent food. Quality Chinese as well as fish and chips. Best to preorder and save the wait time on chinese. I can highly recommend the salt and pepper chips. Only 4 stars as the fish is half the size it used to be.

Best chips in Greater Manchester. Free prawn crackers or small drink with most orders . Chinese food good and plenty of it. Only trouble is, there is always a big queue that speaks volumes.

I've been a regular customer for years, always enjoyed the food, but this time the quality of the food is nowhere near what it used to be like.

Originally from Bolton and now living in London I think this is the best chippy not just in Bolton but England. Went to Whitby last year to the supposedly best fish n chips in the uk n both wife n I rated su’s fish way better. That’s not to mention the best gravy we’ve ever tasted. Went Wednesday lunch time before going home n was brilliant!
