Subway - M61 Rivington Services in Bolton

Ordered via Uber eats. Nothing showed up. Said it would be 35mins. Nearly 2 hours later still nothing. Kept putting time up. Shocking service do not order from these.

Poorest business on Ubereats for delivery. Ordered once and took 2 hours to deliver the sandwich, also instead of making you aware of such a delay, they provide a good ETA of roughly 45 minutes which keeps getting extended. Today upon placing order, instead of rejecting or cancelling the order upon receiving it, I was lead to believe the order was being prepped to then only received a cancellation message an hour and 15 mins after the order was placed.To make matters worse the contact number on Google is not correct and the restaurant is not reachable in any way. Tried calling the rivington services station and they do not pass you through to subway.Absolute shocking service, don't promise what you cannot provide Subway!

Fantastic service from the 2 guys serving. Didn't get their names. Best service from a Subway I've been to and the sub was perfect too. Made with pride rather than slung together.

Staff were nice. The food could have been prepared better. A little sloppy. Wasn’t too bad, definitely not the worst Subway I’ve had before.

Went into Subway Middlebrook for my lunch today. Was busy because being a match day, the team on duty was calm & was handing it ok.The further I was get to the counter, there was a young girl calling everyone 'darling', 'love', 'sweetheart' which sounded so patronising!!And then further down the line another young girl was saying the same thing! Is this part of the Subway customer service training? As it sounds horrendous.As I got to the final person at the Till, he did not have a clue what I was purchasing & had the cheek to ask me as he had put different things on the Till, to then get arsey with me because I had to correct him.As I work in retail/customer service myself, I would not train my team to use patronising language towards our customers & to know exactly what the customer is purchasing.Food is always good & shop is always clean, would just like to see smiling faces & positive language towards customers.

It's ok... waited hours for the train here before someone pointed out its not that kind of a subway and that it was a build your own sandwich chain... I started to have a go at it but wasn't very good, then someone called security and they said it wasn't that kind of build your own sandwich place either... very confusing! The security guards were friendly though and sat with until the police arrived and the ambulance to take me back to hospital. One of them, Derek, even let me use his telephone to call my friend New Lewis! ( He had to put the numbers in though because I had Chipotle and southwest sauce on my fingers! (Also, I was a bit disappointed in the actual SouthWest sauce itself as I've been to Cornwall and don't remember it being a thing there, surely "Cornish pasty sauce" would be more popular?))

Guy named martin or marvin bad with names i apologise in advance. His customer service is impeccable. Absolutely would come by again!!!

Subway- the lady on Friday 8th sep at8/9pm didnt wash her hands after changing a bin, secondly put the wrong sauce on my sub then carried on trying to give it me when I told her I don't want that sauce, (imagine if I was Allergic to it) then she made it clear she wasn't happy about making it again didn't even apologise to me for her own mistake. Bad customer service

Best subway I've had. Immaculate and very fresh. Guy serving so nice. Couldn't recommend anymore.
