Subway - Newport Street in Bolton

Wasn't mad busy inside, took a very long time to get served, the staff are always friendly and helpful, give yourself plenty of time if you want a subway, will probably be stuck in the queue.

I was there todayLong queue because there was just two staff serving and they're talking to others costumers from the same country and have the same languageThey talked on the food and that was disgustingThey spoke they're mother language all the time and I find that rudeHad to wait about 30min to be served and for the lady to do me and my boyfriend sandwichI've been in quite a lot subway and never had to complain but this time it was awfulNot going back to thereThey have to give a proper training to the staff and teach them to be polite and do their job instead of speaking with others in they're languageAnd be more quick and clean

The sandwich was lovely I just wish I could buy a jar of the sweet onion sauce to take home.

rude staff, English needs improving massively if working in a customer based service, I can literally understand their mother tongue so to be speaking in a different language to other staff in front of a customer is extremely rude. And an understanding of how to convey good customer service. Needs massive reform. Complaint to subway HQ sent for speaking to me like I was a burden. Thank you.

Bit dark in the shop and they put way to much sauce on my salad but other than that it was nice

It's small with minimal seating. Wish the staff there would speak up more when serving customers so customers know what they are being asked in regards to the order. The food is obviously as subway would be, which is decent.

The guy who took the order at the meat end of the counter was quite rude. I had my grandson with me and I was asking him what he want ed and the man sighed and looked away. When I said pardon because I couldn't understand something he said, he tutted and mumbled something. The other staff were very nice and polite. Some Indian ladies came in after me and the same man was also rude to them.

I have visited Subway on numerous occasions and I am always happy with the service that I have received from the various members of Subway staff that have served meSubway offers a wide range of different baguettes from medium to their well known foot long baguettesThe prices reflect this as wellOne thing that stands out for me with regards to Subway is they special offer food deals that they offer on a daily basisI have always enjoyed my food from Subway whether this eating in their subway outlet or taking the food to goI would highly recommend Subway to anyone who's looking for reasonable priced meals or requires food on the go
