The Chicken ShaQ in Bolton

Decided to give this place a try and safe to say I won’t be returning. Food looked good in pictures but it was far from that. The burgers were edible to say the least, no unique flavours just spicy and greasy. The chicken and chicken wings were horrible 🤢very very bad quality, tasted off and bitter. The oil it was fried in had a fishy flavour to it, probably cheap dirty vegetable oil. Waste of money!

Great burgers at exceptionally low price, the wings were fresh out of the oven and melted in your mouth

My order was the family meal and my family has ate from this place for so long and the meals never dissapoint. but today it was terrible the chicken we ordered was tasteless it seemed like it was a plain boiled chicken that was slightly grilled and topped with sauces the chicken was also dry. I ordered the chicken to be spicy but yet again it was tasteless the only good part about are order was the chips and sauces my family used to come get are food here all the time and at this disappointment of food I don't think we will ever eat here againi severely hope that they change there food back really original ones

Asked for a grilled burger but it’s actually fried! I asked the guy 3 times weather it’s grilled or fried he said it’s grilled! So all they do is pre-fry the chicken burgers then re-heat on the grill for a few seconds and hey presto you have a “grilled” burger! Then when you question the guy over the phone he starts raising his voice then asked him what he can do to resolve he said I can’t do nothing! Really bad service by lying to customs! I would give zero rating if I could!

Wings tasted stale and dry, pity cos I’ve ordered previously and the food was nice, not sure what happened 😟

The order came at 4 o'clock when I ordered it at 6 o'clock. The chicken had a weird smell and the burger didn't really taste nice

Very friendly staff am not from here my friends told me to go here and I m more than happy even I got a free drink from the staff called Irfan sorted me out I would come here every time 1.90 for a burger and drink wow and amazed also very delicious 10/10 would recommend

Absolutely disgusting used to go alot in the past went back today after about 2 years and all i can say is it is the worst £5.20 i have ever spent. The chicken in the burger was undercooked resulting in a bad stomach literally 5 minutes after eating will never go here again used to be so good now probably one of the worst places to eat in Bolton

It was good when it first opened but now its best avoided. Quality of food has gone tumbling down hill at an alarming rate whilst price has gone up.They even managed to make a mess of the donner and chips which my son recently ordered.

There’s been a change here in the past 2-3 years and not a good one. Guy is argumentative and doesn’t listen when you have a concern. Are they being stingy with chicken in the burgers? Yes they are. They normally look like they’ve been cut in half with the buns suffocating them. Food is always burnt. Pizza doesn’t taste right. Chefs need re training. Owners need to admit mistakes.
