False advertising n food is very poor quality

Ordered a takeaway on Wednesday night took nearly 2 hours for it to turn up... Rang the store and received no apology just told not to worry they have hot bags

Decided to order from the flaming grill last night, never again, me and my partner now have food poisening. Be very careful when ordering here!

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Its been almost 2 hours since we ordered our food. Delivery time was 20.43. Rang the shop at 21.03 to be told the order was ready, he was just waiting for a driver, second call at 21.30 to be told its on its way. Order delivered at 21.50. Garlic bread with cheese is like rubber, chips soggy and stale. We've been regulars here since they opened but will NEVER be ordering again. Absolutely shocking.UPDATE: Husband rang to complain and they agreed to send out a fresh order straight away. They stuck to their word and food was delivered within 20 mins, kebabs thrown together, and no garlic bread with cheese. Terrible. Lost our custom

The food that did come was cold and undercooked. When receiving the order the delivery driver refused to give the receipt. When realising we had items missing I rang the takeaway where they were extremely rude and hung up on several attempts. When finally speaking to someone who could understand what I was saying, he advised me they would bring the missing items. I'm still waiting.... poor takeaway poor service.

Will not be returning, i ordered food on the app and a confirmation email came through to say they had my order, we waited nearly an hour so I rang and they said they didn’t have my order I said “the money has come out of my account and I have the confirmation email” I was then asked to drive to the shop to show proof 😡. I drove down showed them proof and took my food home to find out it was burnt. Lost a loyal customer.

Wouldn't order with these again order food through their app they accepted and was paid, they delivered to my neighbour earlier. Waiting for food ring's and was told that they closed for filming and they not accepting order and I'm wrong had to go down to sort to be told I have to cancel with their app rang 5 day wait on my money back, loyal customer, order accepted, drop when film crew turns up no phone call, and meet with denial and lies on ringing.

1st order; Food was good but found the lamb shish very hard to eat very chewy and grizzly and donner try was OK.2nd order; Tryed the mega mix kebab and it was absolutely delicious, perfect cooked mozzarella sticks and onion rings and the free garlic bread was a surprise and it was one of the best I've had in ages.
