The Food Factory in Bolton

Food was relitivley cheap, or just about average on price. Food was average, nothing special. Ordered a 1/4lb burger meal with cheesy chips. Tray had holes in the bottom, can wasnt cold despite being in a refrigerator (that obviously wasn't on). Food was warm, chips were salted well, burger was well dressed but they source poor quality meat. Place was kept pretty clean. Wouldn't necessarily recommended.

Food late, cold and soggy. Tried to call but nobody answers. Trust me there are other places open late and I advise you to try elsewhere!

Absolutely disgusting so flippin bland lucky I'm not taking them to court for the disgusting food make me very ill

Order: Pepperoni pizza. Fries. Chicken Kebab.Pizza had chips of bone. Was extremely salty. Inedible.Fries. Burnt. Inedible.Chicken kebab clearly stale reheated chicken. Inedible.Verdict: Never. Order. Again.Also clearly plenty of fake positive reviews for this restaurant on here. Beware.

Shocking service. Ordered a few nights ago on just eat and enjoyed the food it was lovely... Tried to order again this time I phoned the restaurant direct.. ordered exactly the same as my last order and he said it was £23 ( same order few nights ago cost £13.50 including delivery and just eat just service charge) .. asked him was that right and he said that the prices had changed that day... Was very rude. Will not be ordering again!!

Good deals on meals, £5 for a 9" pizza, fries and a can of pop. Pizza freshly baked, fries were crispy and hot. The establishment was a little dreary inside, though not much is expected from a fast food restaurant. Good for greasy food after a night out.

VERY RUDE and started shouting at me when he got confused with my order .. has absolutely no idea about customer service and "No Manners" .I ended up putting the phone down and calling els where ...This is not the first time I have experienced their rude and abrupt attitude ,but thus evening was absolutely disgusting!! ..It's a Friday night and the shop sounded busy /hectic ,this definetly showed in their customer services .This shop should not be able to operate with such staff and I would definetly not recommend !! Be aware !!
