One of the worst food ever had in my life, order reached at time with the help of Uber eats but the food we received was very very worse, ordered their top foods, don't think will order it again from them, there was not even garlic naan in godfather special kebab with garlic bread, all the meet was very dry one.I am editing this message just to give you reply for what you texted below, I ordered yesterday itself and got the receipt with me and your food in the bin. (28 April 2022 night 22.57) time and date check and give proper reply at least make some good food next time rather than justifying.

Would give no stars phoned after 1 hour for 4 burger meals to be told 10 minutes waited 1/2 hour phoned again spoke to a very rude staff member told another 10 minutes so asked for a refund said I had to go online 1/2 hour later food turns up so sent back still waiting for refund will never use again and would not recommend.

Ordered from here after getting the leaflet saying it was under new ownership. The food was absolutely amazing and the salad tasted so fresh. My family all loved it too we will definitely order again. We collected the food and the inside of the shop was so clean and really modern and all the staff were lovely.

Ordered online. Food came late. Pizza tasted like the doe had gone of. Chicken wrap was dry and came without salad or sauce and the ben and Jerry's ice cream came as lild own brand for £5...... Waste of £20 recommend avoid and go somewhere that can advertise and cook

Been ordering here for a while, after the last delivery being an hour late we decided not to order, however I wanted to try then again see if it was a one off.My order was 20 mins late and they missed an item. They market free item when surrendering a certain amount. I ordered over that amount, I added a message on my notes for this item..... Still they forgot.... 45 mins later arrives my garlic bread!Useless, late and the staff are rude!I miss the previous owners!!

I've been going here for 10 years, they have been fairly consistent, I've even helped them with a police investigation when their driver was attacked, but recently their service has been shocking, the last couple of times they have been late, and the customer service is absolutely shocking with the guy on the phone lying to me and being very rude when I just want a straight answer, the service is just sub par ever since they have put their own app up, they have just taken on too much responsibility and their service levels have suffered substantially, will not be going here anymore. Not worth going here until they improve.

Not only was the food late, the food arrived cold and somethings were missing. Seen a fly at the side of the Pizza box inside, which was disgusting, so we obviously didn’t eat, the rest was tasteless. Missed our drinks, but we mentioned it to the guy at the door and he said he would come back and he still didn’t turn up, hoping we would just forget about it. Totally disappointed with it all. Wont be wasting my money again and I’ll be going else where.
