Interesting Deli selling great variety of produce. Nice and pleasant staff and although menu is not vast thhe food is good particularly the soups served with artisan bread. Always enjoyed our visits

Slightly slow service but Lancashire cheese and chutney sandwich very nice. Had cup of soup with it which was pleasant, if bland. Friendly and accommodating - my mum didn't want tuna melt on a baguette and they happily did it as a toastie. Door left open at one point and had to shut it ourselves. Think they should update the menu style as on cheap, tatty looking laminate which I'd expect in a trucker's cafe! However, would recommend and will return.

Slow service but the food was good. When people keep leaving the door open it made my food go cold. I had to get up 3-4 times to close it. Twice was from your staff!

Lovely food to suit every need, products that you won't find in many places, chutneys, jams, biscuits....make your own hamper. A comfortable, homely atmosphere with pleasant staff, take away available. If you want to sit and read, or chat with a friend....its perfect.

The cafe seems tired and unloved. I went with a friend yesterday and it was busy. There were no tables free, some were being used by customers, others had pots on from past ones so we tried to go into another room and found it was closed. We made our way back to the main room and sat a a table with pots. One staff member came to remove them then came back without a cloth or antibacterial to wipe the table, we had to ask. Then when my friend went to pay she was told it was an extra 20p for each drink as we had asked for decaf! This was not mentioned upon ordering and wasn't noted on the menue. Needless to say, we won't be going back!

Nice place. Good food. They sell Cartmel Sticky Toffee Pudding, along with a good variety of relishes, biscuits, chocolates, etc. Good place to visit if you're in the Horwich area.

This is a lovely little deli that comes highly recommended, my club sandwich was excellent. I had a chocolate brownie also and I have to say it was probably the most chocolatey, gooey, unctuous and rich brownie that I have ever had. Good for stocking up on some nice cheese also. A brilliant choice for lunch.
