This is first time I’ve ordered and I was very happy. The Delivery was early and the delivery driver was very friendly. I ordered the salt and pepper box which was very tasty (the best salt and pepper ribs I’ve had )!!!.unfortunately I wasn’t keen on the crispy beef. The Kids meal was good as well. I will definitely order from here again. Thank you

Great, polite and fast service last two orders. Orders both times have been good and the main meals tasty, short of a 5 as battered squid came cold and the batter was chewy like it had been left on the side to long. Squid itself was actually nicely cooked inside so a shame about the batter letting it down, no doubt due to delivery timings. Otherwise will buy from here again.

After a long journey back from a few days away we were all feeling hungry so we decided to order from here for the first time as we had seen a number of positive reviews. We received some free fortune cookies with our order but I am afraid these turned out to be cookies of miss-fortune.My partner order salt and pepper chicken box. She said it was not seasoned very well more just a salty taste. The battered chicken along with the chips were a little soggy and the chicken wings were over dry like ones that had been re-warmed from a previous time.Very poor overall.I ordered salt and pepper chips. They were soggy, and tasted of no seasoning what so ever. They had a few pieces of onions very lightly fried and a few very tiny carrot slivers in with them along with 1 small piece of green pepper They did not taste, look or resemble salt and pepper chips of any kind.We also had vegetable spring rolls that did not taste right at all. They had a good crisp on the pastry near perfect but, the filling was lacking a range of vegetables, it was just beansprouts that didn't taste fresh and was poorly seasoned with just an off taste of staranese. We ordered a curry sauce, this was probably the best thing that arrived along with the prawn crackers (I didn't try the prawn crackers myself) however this was a very basic flavoured curry sauce with a hint of chilli heat in the aftertaste. My daughter had fried noodles which were bland and cold but did have a nice colour.Overall very disappointed with this delivery. This is a long way away from a good standard.I can't make much comment on the service as the order was placed on line. Delivery time and driver were not an issue.

Just ordered. 2 soups. 2 dishes. Came to £20 somehow. Got home and no rice with either dish. Called up and told that they don't come with them. 1. Could have told me. 2 bit of a rip off.Was good when it first opened. Had a couple of disappointing experiences recently

We came to this place for dinner. my friend recommended this spot. Well, it was a winning. The crew were extremely nice and we felt very good. The meal was tasty. We had a great time and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Keep it up.

Good Hot Pot and very nice service.Vietnamese lady serving in both english an vietnamese.

Had the thai red curry with tofu, rice and chips. Tofu was cooked well but would have been nice to have more veg. The sauce was way too oily, those was the main problem with the meal and had put me right off ordering again. Also, chips not proper ''chippy chips".

Lovely food and great portion sizes. My favourite is the Korean + Thai Ribs, they are delicious!! They also do the steamed BBQ Pork Buns which are tricky to find elsewhere, which are fantastic.

The food from U Kitchen is very good indeed. To a higher standard than most really. Unfortunately the takeaway service is awful. I've ordered online twice so far, the first time the delivery guy had to ring me because he had ended up a couple of miles away from my actual address; the second time, tonight, I had to ring to try and find out where my food had got to and was dealt with very rudely, told my food was "out for delivery" and hung up on. A truly unique experience I won't be repeating as I'll never buy from them again

Hugely disappointing! This is usually our regular Chinese and before today I would have had only great things to say, however not only was the food inedible but the way my complaint was dealt with was ridiculous. We received the food very promptly however the chips where stale and the meat in the special fried rice was chewy, with it being 10:30pm at night and near their closing time I was willing to let it slide but then when eating the spring roll, I ended up also chewing on a long black hair. This put me right off and added to the previously mentioned disappointing quality. When ringing up and speaking to staff, I was interrupted and asked ‘well what do you want us to do?’ At which point I said i would either like a refund or the food to be replaced in the future. They told me the manager will ring me.The manager rang and I was basically treated as if I was lying, that it wasn’t possible for the meat to be chewy or the food to be stale, being very defensive and what I expected to be a quick phone call, turned into a lengthy discussion about how it just couldn’t be true. I was then told that for me to have any refund or replacement I would need to arrange bringing the food back myself to prove I hadn’t eaten it, meaning finding transport and spending more money. I mean if I had eaten it would I really go through all the trouble of being on the phone twice to the takeaway...I really think the customer service should be improved and unfortunately we won’t be returning.
