Big disappointment. We came for a pre-ordered event. Nothing was prepared and we had to wait for almost an hour to get pre-ordered food and drinks. The food was rather average, my garlic mushrooms were nowhere near the garlic, seabass average and chips overcooked. At the very end we ordered desserts but after another hour of waiting we left as the staff asked us to wrap up the party to make space for other customers. There supposed to be two bottles of wine on every table, but was just one.If you want to host a pre-ordered party there it is a waste of money.

Lovely food but service very slow. Felt almost like we were being ignored. The young girl waiting on was lovely but found the older bloke rather ignorant. He cleared our plates and never asked if we wanted dessert. I did actually ask him for the dessert menu but he wasn't paying attention and completely ignored me. Also a bit like a kids playground with kids running in and out all the time. Won't be rushing back.

Rang up last minute asked if they had a table for 2. On a Saturday I wasn't thinking I'd get one. But like most times I've been here. They had a table. Staff an absolute delight always freindly and welcoming. Waiters and waitresses know there stuff always on hand if you want to know something about the menu. The sangria was delicious although I was driving I had the one glass. Love this place been quite a few times now. The seabass and lobster ravioli are lovely 👌

Not had a bad meal or experience here yet. My partner loves the espresso martinis, she says they are so much nicer than a lot of places. Once again it's the little things that make the difference between somewhere being good or being great. My little boy is extremely fussy when it comes to eating. At the moment he likes garden peas so I asked the waiter if they had any. He went to check quickly came back and said yes and how would I like them serving. A couple of minutes later there were a bowl of peas in front of a very happy little boy. Keep up the good work Ballaro👍.

Warm and welcoming with friendly, attentive staff. Fab , varied choice of food on the menu. ( great kids menu)Generous portion sizes of good, tasty food. Found by chance whilst browsing trip advisor for a local restaurant. Will definitely be making a return visit

Went to eat there as I was in the hotel next door but the gentleman at the door was so kind and said he is fully booked with half of the restaurant empty. He look in the book, pointed to all bookings (5 or 6 of them) so I can see that. I went somewhere else for my dinner and when I return to the hotel the restaurant still half empty... If I'm alone can I not eat in your restaurant? You are not Italian for sure... Italians take care of all their customers. Same on you !
