I've been coming here since I was little, we'd plan the route on our way to blackpool. I still travel miles from west yorkshire for the ribs. You cant get ribs as good anywhere else. Plenty of meat and flavour simply Devine!The chicken is lovely too and much better portions than the likes of kfc.They deserve an award for quality and years of service, or for their ribs at least!

I ordered chicken from chik in in Burnley yesterday it was absolutely disgusting and dead greasy. Thanks caledonia I was not disappointed today it was lovely and next best to kfc I will be ordering from here all the time now as I don't drive and kfc does not deliver in this area

Caledonia is cheap alternative to KFC in my opinion but don't expect it to taste the same or even look the same. It's a shabby little place and if you're that way out where by you're simply hungry and need something fast, Caledonia is the place. They do chips in chicken gravy and it's perfect hangover food if you can't be bothered with a journey to McDonalds.
