The best pepperoni pizza ever and also their delivery services was fast .

Very bad experience. Chips were old and the chicken burger was dry, it seems as it was cooked many hours before or perhaps from last night. . Avoid at all costs.

What an appalling order I had. Nearly an hour late, the order was wrong, and the restaurant had the sheer audacity to accuse me of lying. I supported this restaurant during lockdown and now I wonder why. Save yourself the stress and head to KFC.... Very, very disappointing and dreadful customer service... Such a shame.

When My Food was Late I called And Got through To a girl by the name of Bethany whose customer service was extremely poor as she was really rude to me. She had absolutely no consideration for the fact that I had made the food order almost 2hours prior and just said that "you can just cancel the order It doesn't bother me". I have made several orders to the Chicken place over the past few years and Due to this treatment my friends and I will never order from this place again.

I ordered for my girl what i thought would be chicken, but it turned out to be so depressing. The chicken was unseasoned, burnt, and it just felt like i could have gotten a better deal off a tesco shelf. You guys really need to look out for this place, if you want something cheap and flavorless go for it.

Avoid this place at any cost and do not get dodged & trapped by their advertised deals. Their advertised deals and pictures online are misleading. I ordered "Burgers Meal Deal" for two and paid online. I went there in the afternoon and I travelled about 2 miles to pick up my order from their branch at 18 Gibson Street, Glasgow. I waited there in the queue for 15 minutes for my turn to be served. But I was disappointed and surprised to see that a woman at the counter handed me wee Kids Meal which had a basic tiny chicken burger and a small bag of fries which was totally against the description of their deal online and that does not say you’ll get a kid meal. However their deal says, Choice of chicken burger meals: Barbecue Chicken | Grilled Peri Peri | Supreme.The woman at the counter who served me that was very rude and arrogant. She said to me, these choices are not available and they do not have time to prepare these choices of chicken burgers so as a result she gave me basic tiny chicken burgers. She has attitude problem and had no time to listen me. “Worst Customer Service”.Avoid this place and do not waste your money here......

Staff were very rude and arrogant.Came here with my friend, and we both agreed that the food is fairly oily. They kept us waiting for longer than necessary. Little to no customer service, staff were very rude and arrogant.The food itself was disgusting, I know you need oil/fat when cooking, but not this too much the chicken and wings in particular were drenching and dripping with oil. The chips were very soggy and inedible as we tasted only oil and fats.To top it all the chef behind the counter spoke in some foreign language to the cashier who told us next time may be we could go somewhere else.Extreme poor customer service experience!So, guys if you want plenty of fats, greasy and oily foods The Chicken Place is the where to go.Otherwise avoid if you can.

The food tastes good but the recent increases in prices are not welcome. There deals seem to have disappeared. The bucket of fried chicken only comes with 10 pieces which is not a good idea as most places offer several configurations, like 12, 15 and 21 pieces. Otherwise the food is halal and tastes great; the service is very good.

1st visit here. Searched Google for places near me to order takeaway burger. Placed my order on line and had 17 mins till order was ready for collection so knew I had time to do some grocery shopping while order was being prepared.Got to The Chicken Place and my order wasn't received on their system. Tho my phone showed 3 min left to pick up. This wasn't a problem as the restaurant was empty and placing my order was prompt with me waiting 5 min.Chicken burger had a spicy taste to it and bun was soggy possibly been frozen over the Christmas period.Chicken pops I would rate better than a larger rival chicken franchise. Tasty, good size with 12 in my portion.

I have ordered from here before, and the food was excellent. However after ordering today I was left with the taste of disappointment and fecal matter in my mouth. 3 hours after my food was due to arrive there was nothing. After countless failed rings to the so called 'restaurant' from both myself and Hungry house I still got no reply. Truly appalling service and unless you want only a Jacobs cracker and a banana for tea, then avoid at all costs. Shameful
