Delicious Pizzas in Burnley

Best food around here miss the old two boys tho best lads with best service hopefully see u again

Tried so many times to ring an order through but no answer for over 30 mins, ended up ordering through just eat. They confirmed the substantially large order but then waited 30 minutes before very annoyingly cancelling the order with no explanation. We tried ringing to find out why the order was cancelled.....Guess what, no answer! Very poor service.

Ordered later Saturday night/Sunday Morning (they were still taking orders), they said the food had been delivered on the app, it had not. It’s 4am now and still no order. Will be pursuing a full refund.

Amazing food never disappointed always friendly staff. Amazing place to order from fresh food

I'm Always up for supporting small family run businesses, the gourmet burger is really nice. My issue is that the 3 times Iv ordered they've used the same excuse and not done anything about it. 3 times Iv not got complete order, 3 times delivery was late and 3 times the person on the phone blamed the 'uncle' who works in the back and gets orders wrong because he doesn't speak English and that they only have 1 driver covering Burnley Nelson and Padiham hence the delay in delivering. Shame I won't be ordering again as I quite liked the gourmet burger

Got a chicken burger with a full salad got my burger with 4 pieces of lettuce and 5 strips of onion with hardly any mayo and hardly and salad also ordered spicy mayo with my chips none came the chips were cold and tasted like plastic and asked for a mango flavoured drink but instead got a can of coke ive used them beg they were good but now I won’t be ordering from there again.

Worst place I have ever ordered from. Its not cheap either they send the wrong pizza. The chips was reheated and hard. Telephone manner was not good either. Don't waste your money

Ordered here a handful of times, usually the exact same order. On two occasions they forgot my bottle of Pepsi, but I did receive them later. On a third occasion, they forgot my toppings entirely. When they get it right the pizza is great, but it's rare that they do.

I have been going here since the place opened i orded a takeaway tonight and was all wrong and took over an hour to come i got a pizza off the menu which didn't have the right toppings on and was burnt when i got it and after waiting it was all cold i got a tub of sauce that was all over the bag the lid was not put on proper and i got a mixed kebab that the chicken was hard and burnt and the person on the phone and the driver are so distressful was unreal customer service is bad i wont be going again and do not recommend!!!!!!! there do nothing about it just fob u off

I have ordered food from their website and they got the order wrong, when I called to see if we could sort something out. I was treated so disrespectfully i am personally disgusted. The person I spoke tonight laughed at me, told me I was stupid. I have never been spoken with such disrespect. We have been a loyal customer ordering from them for months without a problem. Sometimes ordering 3 times a week. I have raved about the food to friends and customer service unfortunately this time. The gentleman I spoke to was so disrespectful to me. What happened to customer service. You certainly don't talk. To customers. In that way. I certainly didn't speak to anyone with disrespect. The man needs at least a disciplinary action if not firing for the way he spoke to me. And dragged the driver into the conversation. I didn't blame. Anyone I simply said a mistake was. After at least 2 years of constant loyalty I will never recommend them or use this franchise again. The food is really good but unfortunately the customer service is terrible.
