Really poor experience. Poor attitude of staff / ownership, terrible service, can't cope with more than one table order at once

Just called in for a beer on what is a traditionally quiet night. This place was pretty lively 👍

Booked for food and an overnight stay on the car park in our motorhome on Saturday night after the match at Turf Moor.Great beer, good car park for us, and a nice pub with friendly staff.Food was decent and value for money, just the chips weren't so good, or they'd have got a 5/5.I'll be back.

Proper family pub and local Friendly and welcoming. Good reasonably priced food.

In all honesty the staff are really nice. On the other hand the manager is nasty. We ordered 6 drinks between 3 thinking it would save them a further journey. It wasn't overly busy but she came out claiming we were rude for ordering 2 drinks each and that we had held up their operations. Long story short she told us if we think shes rude then to not come back and she squared up with me. The beauty of new phones though is that it was caught on camera. Obviously now I'm going to be putting in a formal complaint with the recordings necessary.

Lovely pub with big beer garden. Good food at decent price. Customer service excellent

Can never fault the effort Laura and Stef put in. A local gem this place, food is good, as is the beer. Fish and chips Fridays - highly recommended!

Lovely pub on the edge of town. Lovely views form the beer garden. Usually have at least 3 real ales on tap.
