Kfc in Burnley

I popped in with my Daughter and Grandaughter and frien after we had been Wedding Dress shopping for my daughter. We were all starving, so we all sat to eat whilst reflecting on the day. A nice end to a lovely but emotional day.

Very bad service! Headphones in! 10 mins to get served at a empty till and guy who eventually served wouldn't even look at the Mrs while serving her awful never left a review before but they should all be sacked!

When arrived, signs being put up because no burger buns, mayo or lettuce! Then drinks machine broke. Bag of food was just pushed at me without any speaking. Wasn't asked if I wanted condiments. Didnt get chance to scan my app and wasnt given a receipt! Not the best service I've ever had.

Messed our order up again only put two stars as they gave us extra than we asked for but honestly everytime we go it's wrong they need to stop rushing and deal with one person at a time. I know it's not the full staffs fault it's the company because you work to the bone for little pay so I bet team moral is way below par

Asked for extra lettuce and mayo with a Tango. It left kfc at 6.09pm but obviously got batterd and taken on a trip around Burnley as it arrived cold at 7.15pm. The dog will enjoy the gravy in the morning as it was gelified.

Took 20 minutes to serve 4 set meals at a time when the restaurant wasn't that busy.When the food arrived, the trays were dirty, there were multiple items missing, and wrong burgers had been made up: I even had to ask for a tray to carry the 4 drinks staff simply put on the counter in front of me and then walked off.It took a further 10 minutes of attempts to engage staff to be able to speak with someone who had apparent authority who offered to refund us a paltry £1 against the missing items:- x3 chicken popcorn- x2 dips- x1 desert- a basic burger being made up instead of the tower stack orderedA very upsetting experience and one which we're not keen to repeat again EVER.

The worst KFC I have ever been to. Ordered at 7pm. Food came at 7.40pm. In all this time the staff were laughing and joking. Never once said to the customers that they was awaiting chicken. A customer had a go at the staff around 7.30pm due to the disgusting customer service and the staff found this funny. After all that when the food eventually came it was under par. Added to this that the shop itself was filthy. If it was ridiculous busy I'd of got it. But it wasn't. Would never go here again even if I was starving

The worst kfc I’ve had! The chicken tastes like plastic, never has the right packaging e.g. cups popcorn chicken boxes an absolute joke paid over £15 to just eat the chips and and beans! If your in the mood for kfc I’d rethink or go somewhere else!!

45 minutes waiting...drive through btw! Eventually ordered got to window to collect and told up to wait again for food, Sat waiting another 20 minutes, got food at long last and guess what? Wrong order! Got food again and wished I'd never even bothered nothing like slimey under cooked chicken but on one good note...the dog loved £20 worth of chicken!

fast service with hot fresh food. I knocked off 2 stars as the food from delivery (via just eat) was terrible, missing an item, damaged gravy and wrong drink. I ended up with slop at the bottom of the box.
