McDonald's in Burnley

The worst McDonald’s on planet earth. If you go to the drive through and have an old relative say your goodbyes before you go as you will be in the queue for roughly 27 years. Place is woeful

Always ordered food with special requests, never served properly, like sandwiches without pickles or happy meal with cheeseburger but chicken nuggets instead. Please can you training your workers like they should be!!!

Been there today, not very busy. Everything cold burgers,chips. Ordered breakfast on the app at 10:50 took payment, when got there just after 11 told tuff we don't do breakfast after 11. So ordered other items and had to wait 25 minutes for them. Absolute joke. Should of gone asda 1

Absolutely crazy, place packed with just eat/delivery drivers, food was only just warm, most of ours went in bin, will not be going again any time soon

Drive through is way too busy and you have a 50 percent chance of being able to get a milkshake or ice cream. Then again I usually visit at night time so could just be my experience.

Lovely staff, good food I came from st Anne's for the weekend came a bit early so stop off , for breakfast the order processing go me a bit confused , but a young lady helped me out , had a great weekend in Burnley with my family !.

Talking with McDonalds staff is same as talking with a dog..the only difference between them is..the dog listens !

Says open 24hrs but only for drive through, so if you don't have a car then you're stuffed. Might of been good food but I never got to eat as I didn't bring a car.

It was ok but I won't be using this McDonald's again. The order screen didn't offer contactless payment and the food took around 15 minutes to come out despite it being relatively quiet. It looked like the delivery drivers were being prioritised over the customers in-store and it was very frustrating to see food coming out and going elsewhere whilst I waited.
