Mcdonald's Restaurants in Burnley

Ordered a cheeseburger and a medium coke, was waiting for 40 minutes and still didn’t come, we complained twice and they still didn’t sort out order, poor customer service.

Good food service but denied access to sit inside when there were plenty of empty tables and other people were granted seating. We had to sit outside in the cold and it was going dark.

Decent food, lovely staff but they forgot my hashbrown that I ordered

The most caboard dry burger ive ever had i should have complained but didnt

The que was an absolute nightmare , not enough seating areas for the amount of people in there. the food was ok.

Me and my wife love coming here for a quick snack the crew staff are lovely and helpful and the food is very tasty and is clean frequently we have no issues about the food or staff at all xx

Had a festive burger. Prob the best thing I ever bought in here. Ñot tasty or filling and won't be going again for a long long time.

After waiting full hour for a delivery on official app I've been informed that my order is being cancelled because it's not in the system...

Burgers thrown together and forgot food. Yet again.. Thanks Mcdelivery ☺️
