What a gem Mooch is, it's as quirky as it is modern, clean and comfortable. It's become a regular haunt for myself & Mabel the Cockapoo who loves it just as much as I do! They team are friendly and welcoming, always providing Mabel with a dog bowl of clean water after her walk. There's something on the menu to suit everyone I'm sure. Visit if you haven't already.

Lovely little cafe in Padiham, very reasonably priced food which is very tasty, pleasant staff always smiling

Mooch cafe is such a good venue, my friends and I go there and i take my little dog Stanley. He is welcomed by the staff and most of the customers. Stanley would like to thank the staff and lovely customers for being so kind to him. A very few miserable customers don't like seeing dogs in Mooch but I suppose it takes all sorts and they would always find something to complain about. Thanks to all at Mooch for your great welcome, food and kindness.

What a wonderful, quirky little cafe right in the middle of Padiham. The girls serving were lovely and friendly - even advising me not to order a scone as she thought they were a little burnt ! Instead we ordered 'Grandma Eileen's fruit cake' which was absolutely delicious - light, tasty and full of fruit.Coffees were very large so I think next visit my wife and I will share one. We only called in for coffee but there was a wide choice of meals and snacks for lunchtime, which also looked very inviting. The cafe is quite small so not a lot of room but the door was easily wide enough for my wife's wheelchair and there were a couple of accessible tables inside.Prices were very reasonable too. Upstairs there is a lovely craft shop, some pre-sourced goods but much is created on site so it is unique. Items can also be made to order from your own ideas.

Attended my daughter in laws baby shower. The selection of sandwiches and amount weren't very good. The quiche was very nice, the sausage rolls cheap supermarket variety. The brownie and scone were both rock hard and the scone burnt on the bottom. The tea and coffee were plentiful and hot but didn't like how they were cleaning up around us as we were trying to take photos. Surely this could have waited until we had gone. All in all was disappointed by the place ☹

Walked past so many times, so the three of is popped there for lunch with our dog in tow. Were were given a warm welcome and benji was given a huge bowl of water. He was able to mooch about on the window sill and enjoy the world going by, as did we.The service was prompt, attentive, friendly, and it really did feel like a small town familiar cafe. I liked the atmosphere. The food and drinks arrived quickly and our toasties and salads were very crisp and fresh. Pity there were no condiments or dressings, though this may have been due to covid restrictions. The cutlery and surfaces were spotless; the air, fresh.I withheld a star because, although my salad was lovely and so was the bread, I didn't think it was in any way Greek, nor was the bread chunky, and I was left still hungry. We look forward to returning, certainly. Well done on a great little cafe!

Lovely little cafe, really friendly staff. I had a brew and a bowl of homemade carrot and coriander soup. The soup was served with a slice of crusty buttered wholemeal bread. It was delicious and by the chunks of carrot in it I could tell it wasn't out of a packet. I felt like I'd had a full meal when I left.Wonder if their pies are homemade. I may have to go back and find out.
