Pronto Pizza in Burnley

21£ For a pizza, ordered chicken with pepperoni. When it got here it was chicken, pepperoni jalapeños pepper's onions and a few more so we rang up and they said they cant refund. I couldn't eat it at alI. i nearly order of them everytime i get a pizza. I will not be ordering of these again 😐👎

Used to love the food here till it gave my fiance food poisoning and he ended up in hospital.

Paid for stuffed crust & pineapple, came without both, forgetting one thing is bad enough but two things ruined the food for me …

I love there half n half 18inch pizza's and there service but the curly fries 🍟 were a let down as they were soggy

Ordered 2 x 18 inch Pizzas for the family this evening Absolutely the best in Burnley. Thin crust and well cooked Pizza. Loved it and definitely recommend to others to try. Quality Pizzas and worth the money.

Got 2 pizzas, one stuffed crust, No stuffing at all. Sloppy, Greasy, Salty and pretty much tasteless. Have email them. No reply. Absolutely Disgusting. Never Again.

The prices are going up whilst the quality is going down. Never sliced properly and are always at least partly undercooked and cold.Spent £32.50 this time and somehow 2 of the toppings were missing from one of the pizzas. When I rang up they acted as though I was lying, even rang me back after they'd agreed to send a replacement to say if I want a new one I'd have to give the old one back as though that would catch me out or something. I had to wait an extra 40 minutes for the replacement which was watery. This will be our last order.

Usually best pizza place in burnley but pizza was unbelievably undercooked. Paid for stuffed crust as well which was still crumbs as clearly had never been warm enough to even melt. Pizza fell apart as soon as touched as dough was white and hadn't even been slightly cooked. I forced down 1 slice and felt sick. Girlfriend had 1 bite. Cant believe I spent £21 on it

21/08/19When i first sore the pizza i thought “oh god “, presentation wise it didn’t do well so i thought that maybe they would pull it back with taste and they did! Pizza was very yummy and hot ( collection ) and the price is very decent £4.50 . Id go again and recommend others to try it out . Not bad at all ! Thank you 🙏🏼
