Rhode Island Coffee in Burnley

A number of coffee shops have popped up in Burnley centre but Rhode Island remains my firm favourite. Good coffee, plenty of choice of snacks and baking, scones are delicious. Staff are always very welcoming and friendly.Wheelchair accessible entrance - doors open automatically - and plenty of room inside with tables arranged well, but there is plenty of seating outside too if the weather is fine. There is a toilet for the disabled at the back of the cafe.Food and drink is ordered at the counter and is then brought to the table when ready.

Excellent coffee and very friendly staff. I am a regular customer and love it every time.

Lovely coffee and cakes the thing I loved most was the rocky road biscuits I rate this 5/5. I would come here again

Beautiful friendly place make you feel very welcome am a full time care worker and come hear too relax after getting my mother shopping

Lovely atmosphere, plenty of cake choices. Wish they served fresh food like sandwiches instead of packaged ones

Coffee was fantastic, as was the food,, the service on the other hand left a lot to be desired, no welcome as we entered the coffee shop, just a generic what can I get you? Manager discusssing staff issues on the shop floor with another member of staff, food placed very close to the coffee grounds instead of being prepared on the counter, overall quite a cold experience, reminded me of a pompous, pretentious 90s coffee shop,

Great coffee at a decent price. Love being able to sit outside and staff bring your order to you. Nice touch. Probably my favourite coffee shop in Burnley
