Shagor in Burnley

I ordered two curries for my mother and I and when it was delivered after waiting 1hr 40, our rice were missing. When I called to inform them, I was told to ask for it free next time I order or I would have to wait for it to be delivered. I opted for the rice to be dropped off which took a further 40 mins. By this time we have made our own rice and eaten the meal which was delivered warm at best. Used to be a solid place get a decent curry, clearly gone down hill as I don’t think the people who work there cared at all.

Absolutely awful place. Ordered a meal on New Year's Eve. Food came late and a naan bread that we paid for was missing. My husband phoned afterwards about this and the man who took the call simply said "its only £2.30". Disgusting attitude, I will never order from these thieves again!

Now charging for delivery even though menu says free if over 10 pounds in a 3 mile radius.

Brilliant service, had a good laugh with the chefs while waiting on my order and the food was phenomenal!

Ordered a chicken jalfrezi and chicken rogan, both dishes were identical. Phoned to tell them and he told me that the difference was that one had tomato in. When I didn't agree that the dishes were different in any way he put the phone down on me! The sauce in the dish itself tasted ok but I ordered two distinctly different curries. Instead I got a thick rich sauce with chicken for both curries and half a tomato added to one. Won't be going back.

Best curry in town. On point service too and reasonably priced. I've been to lots of takeaways in my time and this one is at the top of that list. Keep up the good work lads.

Awesome place to eat! The staff are super friendly and hardworking. There is plenty of indoor seating and the food is delicious. Would definitely recommend 10/10
