Subway in Burnley

Excellent service. Wonderful, friendly staff.

More customer service training needed. Gave my order and he started to serve another lady before me who wanted another subway sandwich last minute. He put salad I. Mine and toasted it. I asked u forgot my party and he said u didnt say. Anyways got my subway but I felt that it wasn't right his attitude there was no remorse, customer service is a must. İi use this place 4 times a week. Maybe I need to change

Come on folks get your ordering sorted. No Sausage for breakfast!! It’s like a chippy saying they have no potato’s.

They don't have meatballs ready in the morning they are slackers , and its 50/50 with the staff are nice and the others hate there lives because they work here, u can see it on there faces and how they assemble the sandwiches,when i ask for a sandwich everything goes well until they throw the toppings on .it is done without a care and the sauce also.

Forget my glasses. Could not see menue. Had some sort of chicken. It was brilliant.

Arrogant staff. Went in for a brew and got laughed at saying "I've shut it down, we close in an hour"

Excellent choice and fantastic food. I will go back having found this little gem

Good staff always have what you want in. Gets extremley busy between 12/2pm
