Just been for Sunday Lunch with friends, 2 courses £13.95, although they were short staffed we didn't have to wait long at all for our food and it was excellent, hot, good sized portions and great value. Will definitely go back again soon.

Absolutely faultless, top quality Sunday Birthday Lunch with 3 Courses for around £15 mark. Food was top quality, service was friendly & prompt. Spotlessly clean. Big, safe & sunny Beer Garden. Disabled Access, wheelchair-friendly, dog-friendly, ample Car Park. Beautiful walks nearby. A really great place to go for all ages. Booking advisable. Will be making this a regular visit!

Family lunch at the Hapton Inn booked a table near the screen to enable the men to watch the last day of the Premiership.Attentive and friendly staff. Fantastic roast beef dinner. The cheese & onion pie was the best our daughter has had. Even down to hand made chicken nuggets for our Granddaughter. We'll done the new chef and the Hapton.

Had a fantastic meal on Sunday 22/5/22. The staff and service were first class. The food appears to be cooked from scratch with generous portions. In conclusion the food is delicious and great value for money. Thankyou to all at the Hapton Inn.

Sorry to say although the soup was good it should have been served with crusty bread, it was served with inedible burnt toast disappointing. The cheese on toast was burnt toast with cheese and onion seeping out in pools , this made the whole thing soggy and looked like something the dog had left it wasn't eaten

It was ok, but my wife said the lamb hot pot was alright but to many peas and carrots, also she's never had mushrooms in a hotpot before. Then we were not impressed with our desserts the 3 of us had Eton mess but I don't think it had ever seen meringue before.

We went last night to try the new menu, friendly welcome from the young lady behind the bar , I order the Wexford chicken and my partner had the fish and chips , both meals were very delicious , the chicken was moist and tasty and the sauce was excellent, the fish was fresh and the batter was excellent nice and crispy the only down side to the food was the chips which were very delicious but not enough of them for an adequate adults portion, I we decided to order desserts , so he had apple crumble and custard which he said was delicious although it was a massive portion and again served with the smallest amount of custard, I had the Eaton mess(alcohol free) again delicious just missing a little more of the meringue,Over all a vey nice experience although service side could do with a little more attention , no quality check during or after the meal , mains plates still on the table when deserts arrived , and no thank you or goodbye when leaving

Can't knock the quick friendly service. steak and ale pie with homemade chips was great with a crispy pastry, and the kids roast looked fantastic, unfortunatley the veg was cold but the kids didn't complain and since we where pressed for time it made it quicker to get on our way . Nice big Yorkshires and lovely meat though. A smell of the log burner as you walk through the door and I would have loved a nice cold pint but the coffee and hot chocolates had to suffice, all perfectly warming.
