The Palazzo in Burnley

We enjoyed a delightful meal out on a Sunday evening. I love The Palazzo as a venue; it is a beautiful building. We ate on the mezzanine floor for the first time, which was lovely. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed the carefully-prepared cocktails. Although the restaurant was really busy, we received fabulous service from the delightful Momo. A wonderful evening and I am already looking forward to our next visit.

Our 1st visit was just perfect. The venue is stunning and the food was 10/10.

Had a lovely group evening meal with friends. Stunning place inside, with very high ceilings, attentive & friendly staff. The Italian food was delicious, x3 courses & a glass of Gin, no more than £25, reasonably priced. Next visit will be to try their lunch offer menu.

Lovely food, great service, lovely building, two of us had the burger and chips, other person had the carbonara, oh and sticky toffee pudding for afters, well stuffed 😋

Really enjoyed a visit here with a group of friends. I had the chicken and pancetta risotto which was fantastic just beware that it does taste quite salty. The rice was cooked to perfection. I had a starter of pate with an apple and pear chutney also toasted bread.The service was excellent with friendly and attentive staff.A great evening was had by the whole group.The decor is modern with a double height ceiling in parts added to the illusion of space.Pricing was moderate with my bill including two large soft drinks came to just under £30.

Fantastic place to eat, food is delicious, quick and friendly service, was our second time visiting the restaurant was very busy but didnt change the high quality of the service or the food, our favourite place to eat in burnley, thank you to all at the Palazzo for a great dining experience, again 👍

Absolutely amazing. It was extremely busy, but we waited only 5 minutes for our table. The service was first class and very attentive. The mains took a little longer than normal to arrive, but they were well worth the wait. I would rather wait a while for quality and that is what we got. Absolutely delicious. Every plate was cleaned. No doggy bag required here. Throughout the service the waiting staff and the owners were polite, cheerful and intent on us having a great experience. And they did not disappoint. All in all a fantastic evening with great food, great service and I can't recommend them highly enough. Bravo Palazzo!

Dropped in for a beer and a few snacks on way to train station home.We were welcomed in and the service was a very high level... kind and made you feel very welcome.The building inside is amazing, high ceilings and stylish decor.We only had a few snacks but of what we did have it was very nice. If I find myself in Burnley again I will be visiting again but making time for it.

My husband and I celebrated our wedding reception here with 11 of us and all greatly enjoyed the food and drinks. Apart from that, all the staff are very lovely, polite and welcoming. They made our day feel very special and complete. Thank you so much! I will definitely come back and recommend you to my colleagues and friends incase they visit Burnley. #PS we gave them the food orders a week ahead and suggestions as some doesn't it a certain ingredient and Palazzo was on point in preparing it. Thank you Palazzo staff! ❣️🙏🏻 Keep up that cheerful and hospitable atmosphere. By the way, the bathroom was lovely- I took a photo there with my wedding dress, most importantly it's clean.😉
