The Wok Place in Burnley

We have had food from here several times, and everytime its delicious. I will definately be ordering from wok place again thank you so much. 😀

The Best chinese takeaway in town! It's a really good takeaway and I think it really deserves 5 stars🌟. I recommend the chips.⛩️

The order I received was wrong. I ordered the Salt and Pepper Boneless, there is no explanation of this being 95% chips. When I call back and explained I thought this was the chicken balls they used to do, the guy said your thinking about KFC, we are not KFC. I have used them for years, when they were on trafalgar and even when his family had Po Sang. I've never minded paying more for their food. This place will not be getting my business again. I was so shocked about the arrogance and attitude.

Wok Place used to be great and undoubtedly five stars when it was at Trafalgar. You didn't mind paying more than the average takeaway in the area because it was worth it. However, now it is rubbish. The quality of food was poor and overpriced for what it was. Dry, lacking flavour and with the texture of food that had been 'sitting' there for a while. I really hope it improves back to what it used to be. Very disappointing.

The food is second to none but the price is a few quid extra per meal to other Chinese restaurants in the local area and is probably the most expensive takeout in Burnley.Food is always delivered on time and never had any issues with the quality.

My daughter ordered food from here and I tried some, very delicious food and its halaal. Alhamdullilah. I cant believe she kept this place hidden from me! A local gem.

Very basic. Especially for the price. Is this because there is no another Wok place close by to compete with?Go to the city and get any dish from a wok place. You'll be surprised at contrast between the two and they charge a very similar price too.

I always come here and get the dragon fried rice. I love it! Make sure you're clear when you order because they sometimes will get it wrong if you're not clear. The salt and pepper chips are toooo salty. They have a nice cafe bit to sit and eat but the heater never works and its freezing. Other than that its great

Poor service, twice now they have got my order wrong, first time was the worse, I ordered salt and pepper tofu as my friend is vegetarian and they sent salt and pepper chicken, my poor friend tasted it and was heart broken, what if someone was allergic is it suitable then! Won't be going back!

Food was great but I was disgusted to discover that the food is halal.I am agrieved that my money went to promote this barbaric ritual slaughter.There should be a law compelling places like these to declare their alligence to, as every right minded individual will agree, a backward an inhumane practice.It should be closed down.
