A big store with plenty of parking. Different from most store layouts but plenty of choice. A little dark inside but size makes it a place to visit.

Always a lovely supermarket, however on my trip there today with my sister, friend and step dad, we all kept smelling mould. We noticed it was prominent around the Aircon units when they were above us. It's given us a headache and a sense of feeling sick. Hopefully this can be checked out and sorted, I'd hate for this to become a major issue

gentleman doing the pizzas, I think he has an accent from another country, is absolutely a**** and his service is like no other. Top bloke he’s an asset to Asda pilsworth!!! you should be proud to have someone like him on your team!!

Normally frequent this ASDA with my family however today on my trip I noticed a heavy smell of mould that was more prominent around air con units. It’s given me a severe headache and I feel very sick. My friend, sister and step dad who were with me also noticed the smell.

I shop here on a regular basis and I'm happy with the items I purchase. They have a great range of items in-store and you can also click-and-collect, the staff are friendly professional and helpful. If you're unable to walk around the shop there are disabled Scooter's you can use.

Could not fault the service during the pandemic but after the pandemic having a woman called Mel absolutely disgusting (trying to say that she’s turned up at my property when she’s not I do have CCTV footage to prove that she’s never turned up to this house when she is supposed to ) my orders have been cancelled a few times not even a phone call from Asda Pilsworth themselves. I shall not be using them again absolutely disgusting on the dot-com side

BETTER SECURITY CAMERAS NEEDED IN CAR PARK.Having visited Asda to do some shopping I came out to find some low life had driven into my van. He was seen by another customer and then proceeded to pretend he was going into the store to inform security of the accident. That didn't happen, so this is to the man driving the silver BMW, I have your registration number from the elderly gent that saw you so prepare for a visit from the Police and hopefully a nice increase in your insurance. Thankyou

Visited early Sunday morning to avoid it being crowded.Easy, free parking and trollies don't need coins or tokens.Wasn't very crowded, and about 50/50 still wearing masks.Obviously a good selection of food and household goods, didn’t notice many, if any empty shelves. They have self-scan, a cafe, opticians and a clothing section. The cafe was basically empty.Clear plastic barrier at checkout. No issues.

Big store, great cashiers, loads of products with good stock. Staff on the counters for fresh stuff- fish especially could actually serve customers when they approach not leave it until you ask or go looking for them. Loads of parking available. Also has a cafe, chemist, tui, photo processing and a Timpsons.
