Bengal Hut in Bury

Takes over 1hr for delivery, order is always cold, staff don’t care when u ring, manager never talks to u Shame because kids really like pizza from Pizza Hut!

Called 11 times so far, delivery is very late and still no answer. Cannot be bothered with this, i’m ******* starving

Don’t give a s#*t at this place ..delivery over an hour .. attitude… tough !! No drivers ??????

Very bland, no taste at all, stuffed crust are thick flat and empty…. Really disappointed.

Excellent service, punctual delivery. Mo was really helpful and couldn't have done anymore for us. I will definitely order from here again. Food was delicious.

Very poor. 2 Separate problems over 2 weeks, both times took over an hour to arrive despite being 10 mins away.First incident, our order never turned up and had to be 'remade' with missing items. Total wait, 1hr 45mins for something lukewarm to turn up.Second incident with only 1 pizza ordered took over 45 mins to arrive, was made wrong with an ingredient included that we did not order- which was actually one of the wife's allergens! Immediately called, sighed at me and said they will remake it and send again. Cue another 30 mins wait for a pizza with an undercooked base.Save yourself the trouble, don't bother ordering from here, just gives Pizza Hut a bad name. At this point, we are not going back here on principle, and if that means that we can't order Pizza Hut anymore, then so be it.

Absolute nightmare! Ordered a large stuffed crust, garlic bread side and Ben and Jerry Icecreams at 19:00. My order came at 20:15 barely warm and missing icecreams. Rang them to inform my issues and was told i would get a full re-order asap. My re-order came at 21:15 with just one large pizza, no garlic bread and still no icecreams. Rang them to explain my frustrations and spoke to the manger wanting a full refund. Wont be bothering to use this Pizza Hut in future as my previous order wasn't the best either

I order from these guys alot they made a mistake but everybody makes mistakes like tonight they put garlic sprinkles on my pizza which I can't stand but they was very understanding when I mentioned it to themEven though I didn't ask they gave me a free medium size pizza and a free ice creamBut like I said the food is always very tasty

Just had an order from Pizza Hut bury. It took an hour for two medium pizzas and potato wedges. When they arrived, pizzas were pretty cold and bland, potato wedges were half raw. It’s a shame because I wanted to give Pizza Hut a go rather than dominos but never again

Were do you get off stealing money this 2nd time now you taken my payment twice . 1st time yes error 2nd very weird pizza was disappointing. When rang about payment i got attitude amd was told to ring customer service when they know take upto 13 days to reply to email your a joke of a company and i be contacting trading standers as like to know how you done payment twice .DONT USE BE WARNED FAMILY MEMBER ALSO USED AND 2 KIDS ENEDED UP.WITH FOOD POISONING AFTER INVESTIGATION FOOD OUTDATE
