Boston Pizza in Bury

I ordered my food and it came nearly 3 hours later where I was in bed, and item was missing it was cold and unedited, the delivery driver was so rude to, I doubt I'll get a refund on any of it or the chips and cheese I didn't receive, discussing

Order for a large mix donner and chicken kebab.. absolutely embarrassing the amount of donner on this for the money. Feel ripped off compared to rest.of.local kebab shops for the money. Keep scrimping Boston to long standing customers and you will close

Always order from here the Kebabs are lovely so are the Pizzas. Nice and friendly delivery people.

Terrible experience. Food was cold and undercooked. When called the man was SO rude it was nearly laughable. delivery driver was nice though when we wanted a refund they said they would but just brought us more food instead. Won't be going back.

My updated review tonight for my tea I bought a kebab and a bottle coke, after an hour I went to my fridge for the coke I noticed my bottle the seal had been broken.. I've worked in health care for 10 years with covid and other stuff going around I rang the shop and told then only to feel they dident believe me boston pizza do you actually know everyone that works for you are drives for you, buying a takeaway is a luxury these days with how expensive they are I still dident receive my fresh bottle of coke, just think guys if that was your child drinking from that bottle you have let yourselfs down guys and you still owe me £2.50 for the coke

Overall mixed kebab, chicken and lamb was phenomenal.

Advertise free garlic bread over £12 but didn't bring it because we didn't mention it when we ordered. You should know your own offers. Also didn't say it needed to mentioned when we ordered on just eat

I have just had 4 children’s pizza’s and the pizza meat was very cheap and taste like it’s been reheated , the base is not fresh. I also had a chicken fillet burger , the bread was soggy the lettuce was brown and the chips was cheap frozen rubbish the only thing that had any taste was the can of Pepsi . Save your money and eat in because you will be disappointed

The boss is a star. The staff are good at their job. The deliveries are usually spot on and on time. Love the pizza's from here. The burgers are good, just sometimes let down by the chips being soggyish. They are happy to accommodate any changes you desire (within reason). On-street parking is free while limited.
