Very enjoyable meal would recommend our 1st time we will be going again

Food was nice but service and atmosphere was lacking. Plenty of free tables, didn't need to book even at a weekend.

Best Chinese restaurant we've been in a while! Food was delish, we tried the bird nest with beef (a nest made of fried noodles containing a banging beef with black bean sauce) and chicken cashew. Great Chinese tea and wonderful crockeries (need a set of those plates and tea pot!) Service was fast and professional. the staff is outstanding, caring and welcoming. Definitively do visit and eat at China Rose, 5 stars from us 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 thank you so much and xīn nián kuài lè!

Sunday 16th January 2022. Buffet £17.95 pp. Fabulous. Staff, location and food were very good. Parking is at the rear Recommended. Can't wait to go again.

Good food and value for money but restaurant was very cold they need to turn the heating up

Great food, had an all you can eat banquet for the family no problems at all, did a separate vegetarian option too

Not a buffet, but a banquet. Also do normal menu.Keep ordering more of th course that you ordered, but if you move to the next course, you can't go back and have more. Eg when on mains, you can't then order more soup or starters.Food is so-so, and if one person doesn't have the banquet, you feel like you are being watched to make sure you don't slip them a chicken wing.

Had a beautiful dinner here with the in-laws at the start of the month. We chose the set menu option and had more than enough to eat - the crispy duck with pancakes was awesome. It was also lovely to try different things.Mum needed a cushion to boost her up a bit (she's only little) & that was brought without delay, then she had an amazing surprise as she'd been telling them what a lovely birthday she'd been having and they came out with gorgeous piece of cheesecake with a candle in it, singing to her! And then another surprise as they presented her with a bottle of wine in a sparkly gift bag!Such lovely touches which ensured we will definitely be back!You'll need to go, you won't be disappointed

Been to this Chinese a few times and every time I've really enjoyed what they have had to offer, very yummy food, great price and yet to be disappointed! I look forward to coming down to Bury because coming here is amazing!The presentation of the restaurant is nice but the only thing that does detract from the experience is the bathroom, the hand dryer is very weak, so unless there's someone in the cubicle or the toilet paper has run out you're not going to get your hands dry anytime soon.

4 of us went for a night out. We had the all you can eat banquet option which comprises soup, assorted starters such as spring rolls and salt and pepper chicken wings, duck pancakes and a choice of main course. Really not worth the money any more unless you don't mind stuffing your face with inferior quality food. The starters and the duck were incredibly greasy and salty.The staff on the other hand are great. Very friendly and happy to help.
