We love the warm welcome we receive every time we visit. The food is so tasty. And the cocktails are presented so well.. we love taking our friends and would highly recommend this place.

Ordered a steak assumed it would come with chips or something and had to order chips as an extra ? £3.50 for a small bowl of chips.Steak was just under £30 and not high standard meat.Personally main dishes need to be as one not have to order a salad or potatoes with a meal that should just be as one.Friendly staff could not have been any more helpful.

Great place, was surprisingly quiet but we went early in the evening mid week. If you do one thing with your life, go and get the halloumi starter from here!

An absolute treat from the start. Staff are warm and welcoming and very helpful. Food was delicious. One very quiet table after the food arrived. Very reasonably priced and definitely worth a visit.

Went on Christmas Eve. They had live music which was fantastic. The welcome on arrival was very friendly . The food was lovely and the young lady who served us , Katie was exceptional. All in all the restaurant is a great place to visit . I could not fault any part of our whole experience and we will definitely be back for more. Thanks to all especially Katie for giving us a great Christmas Eve

Such a lovely, welcoming place! Had a great meal with friends on a cold windy Wednesday and the restaurant was so warm and cozy, with super comfy chairs and really friendly staff. The menu seems a bit random but everything we had was really nice. Soup of the day, a burger, pork fillet and a Jamaican curry tray. The staff were all so lovely, welcoming and have a great sense of humour. We were so comfy we must have still been sat chatting half an hour after we paid the bill! We will definitely be coming back, a real gem of a place. Thanks to the lovely staff for making it a great evening.

The Crowded House Restaurant is a gem on the Manchester Road. The interior decor is beautiful; the eye-catching theme, in this case Valentine’s Day, pours out.The service is warm & professional; there is a genuine sense of care.The dishes look as eye-catching as the interior. Delve into the taste, that’s is where something is missing. The subtle flavours indicates the chef’s willingness to let the natural ingredients do the advertising. I understand, dishes can sometimes be masked by the herbs and spices that accompany them.I would describe Crowded House Restaurant’s cuisine as contemporary British. Hats off to the team there; they are taking humble dishes and sending them in a new direction, enjoyed in a beautiful environment.
